4 year with OptiKPI

4 year with OptiKPI
Our company works 4 year with OptiKPI. I work with it approx 1,5 years. I also had expierence with some other CRM tools, but they didn't offer Real Time Triggers, but this option is very helpful for my work every day. So OptiKPI has real-time synronization with back office (clients data) and we can use it for different company's goals. Mainly it helps us to provide players engagement for 3 of our brands in Finland and Estonia. I see how it really helps to improve and increase the conversion rate and other important data. And also - working with OptiKPI is easy, because there are always possibility to get some help, advices and to add some filters e.t.c. things that needed for work.
