Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, cannot follow up any emails, when you ask to return the product as it provides zero sun protection they then sit on the returned package until you repeatedly email them, only to tell you you then owe $150 in customs for sending their faulty product back!

Shocking experience with this website.. they take your money then let you know sunglasses (which they advertise as in stock) are actually 1 month away…. 1 month later no closer to receiving my item and having to constantly chase for updates. Then when I finally give up - it’s 14 days for a refund. Appalling.

Beware of return costs!!
The company stated an easy return experience over Christmas with an extension to mid January for returns.
I ordered a set of sunglasses which arrived promptly but were not suitable so I decided to return them.
The cost to do this were as follows
Postage to Spain £10
Spanish customs,yes really!! to return £37
All this for a £110 set of sunglasses.
The return process lasted over 2 weeks.
This is far from ideal.
