Ordering was easy and I was impressed with how quickly my canvas prints arrived delivered to my door. I thought that the photos could have been a bit sharper since I paid for the quality check as an add on.

Not the finish I was expecting
Having had previously gotten photos printed on metal I was expecting ink to metal. What I got was more like photo paper picture baked onto metal. Not a good finish. Not what I expected. Delivery was fast.

Took order and then failed to fill
Took order and then failed to fill, when attempted to cancel and obtain a refund they refused. Ended up having to go elsewhere and pay twice for the same item. Would suggest any other company. Customer service was also very dismissive and pretty much said that I would just have to accept that I wouldn’t get a refund even though the item had not arrived in time!!!

Poor service
I hadn’t realised the item was double sided, my fault as I thought I had selected one sided. However surely it should have been noticed that the one side had not been edited at all prior to being printed and I should have been contacted. Ended up with completely useless items as had sample text still on it. Order number 37571370
