No customer service
My order has been delayed for over 14 days with no sign of it being delivered. I was so excited to recieve my product and saw all the amazing reviews so trusted the website however now when trying to contact them to understand where my order is, the chat bot is broken and won’t let me select the order and continue the chat, we keep repeating the same “select your order” conversation round and round again. There is absolutely no other way to contact them so I’m really hopeful they see this and get in contact. Thank you

Awful service experience
I need a refund for 2x canvases that have been sent out distorted and blurry. The chatbot is broken and will not let me actually click the option to get a refund, all email addresses and telephone numbers have been disconnected. This place is awful! Someone hopefully will see this and get in touch with me regarding my order #37893077 and get me a refund issued ASAP

The order came faster than I expected. It was stated to come in Monday- Tuesday and it arrived by Saturday! They are great with the custom sizing as I needed a picture to fit within a specific sized frame and no other place such as staples or ups could provide that service. I would 100% recommend printing with them as they are fast, reliable, and the quality of the picture was amazing.

Ok - not quite as expected
I ordered 2 canvas art at the same time but had to pay 2 lots of delivery payments. First delivery arrived on time, although Evri delivered it to the wrong address. The second delivery has been delayed no revised time given. Quality of the canvas material is good - however, the preview of the picture showed more paw prints on the sand than the finished article, which was disappointing. I await to see how the second picture looks.
