I wanted the number 70 on my place…
I wanted the number 70 on my place cards to match the lunch party invitation cards you supplied but sadly was unable to achieve this !! Not being able to contact the company via phone or email is very difficult as the computer generated help section is very limited in its ability to help !!! I think the company is great love the products but sadly a bit disappointed I could not get r act what I wanted .

You used the wrong address
You used the wrong address, using not mine but my grandson's. I tried to 30 minutes to correct it but the 'change address' option would not respond. Very frustrating!

Total Damage
My picture was totally damaged with creases, dings, folds, etc. We had been exited to frame when we ordered, however, it is garbage. I tried to contact you but it is impossible to connect on your website.

The print is clear and the packaging…
The print is clear and the packaging was great so arrived in perfect condition. The website was a bit hard to navigate, there should be a way to shrink to fit in an A4, so had to edit my own print for it to fit in the allotted frame area. Other than that I have no complaints

Despite receiving confirmation that there was a print quality issue:
It appears that the issue occurred during the design creation. As a one-time courtesy, we’ve requested a refund for the amount you paid for the affected items. Please allow 3–7 working days for your bank to process the refund.
I only received a partial refund / half the amount I paid.

Sent several emails asking why not fully refunded - and ignored.
Would not use this Company again.

Good quality print but a crease in each photo due to poor packaging.
The prints are nice and arrived within a week however the packaging they are shipped in is not sturdy enough. All three photos have a crease in them from where the envelope got damaged. From what I remember, the delivery change was over €8 so there should be better, more protective packaging.
