Disappointed. (UK purchase) Compared to Asda the quality is lacking. Asda print a page per month with a blank back. Optimalprint calendars are printed on both sides and on thinner paper. The hanging mechanism is flimsier than Asda. The quality difference reflects the price. Asda are significantly more expensive.

Ordered Christmas cards, the website advertises 1-3 working days delivery, when I made the payment I was advised two weeks for delivery, it’s been two weeks they still haven’t arrived and it’s too late to post them if they do complete waste of money. They were not cheap either. Customer service is awful can’t get past a bot. So disappointing avoid ordering if on a time limit.

I have used optimal print in past years with great success. Created wonderful catalogues for my work as an artist. This year however, I was greatly disappointed when my catalogue arrived. Even though I chose all the same options for my order as I had done in previous years, the paper now was very noticeably of
a lesser quality and the binding/glueing was completely different and so poor in fact that after perusing through it possibly 20 times it actually fell apart! The binding came undone!! So horrible! So not only is it off cheap paper it didn't hold together and holding together whilst being looked through is rather important quality of any catalogue wouldn't you think? The other catalogues from previous years, after being perused for a thousand times are still in pristine condition. Clearly costs have been cut in the wrong places. Will not be using this company EVER AGAIN.

Brilliant shopping and designing experience. I used their app to personalize I few mugs I bought for family and friends. The product is as advertised very good quality, prints on the mug clear and colourful. The price was also very good, tho I did pay a little extra to become a plus member but you make this back really quickly if you order more than once and regardless works out a lot cheaper than all other companies I checked offering the same service. The mugs arrived just two working days after I'd ordered them over the weekend and just in time to gift for a birthday. I've ordered about 6 mugs now as they have a great offer on, but time will tell how well the prints stay on the mug, but so far so good 👍👍👍

At the first round I had several issues, paid for home delivery but they did never even try to send the delivery to the given address. Contacted optimalprint to get a refund on the delivery cost. No problem, all sorted. Except for the fact that the only refunded one part of it.

Finally got my delivery and it was damaged, was told they would sent a new one, delivered within 5 days. After 5 days, asked for an update on the delivery since I had not gotten any new information. Turns out they canceled it completely without informing.

Raised a claim again, they said they could place a new order that would be delivered 7 days later. Finally agreed on sending it with express method as the product was to be given as a gift om the 9th of novemver.

They booked delivery with DHL and put in a made up phone number as contact details for delivery, which resulted in DHL never showing up and claiming they could not get in contact with me.

Accurate description, easy to use web cite, when I use the app freezes. Fast delivery and great prices.

Nice pics, fast delivery but the price for delivery (249 SEK) for a „Varubrev“ (90g) within Sweden is just an impudence!

Great delivery, easy to create what you want, decent prices compared to competitors.

Terrible service and they commit fraud by taking money from your bank without any authority!! And when complained told I would receive a refund and still waiting one month on and have contacted them twice both times say my refund is coming as they know they have committed fraud!! But still haven't received a refund
**Add: I dont have a order number as you committed fraud by taking money for nothing!!!!
**Added reply: I have contacted yous on several occasions which you state my refund had been processed but coming on 2 month is no process!! Terrible service!! And then reply with even more lies !!!

Shocking, no help online chat. Kept deleting photos at submission time. Tried three times. Huge waste of my time and wouldn’t even start with them

Fast delivery was good.
Quality of the album was not so good.first page was glued to the cover and some photos looked a bit unclear

I'm so disappointed in Optimalprint, they promised my order over a week ago and all I seem to get is one delivery delay after another. By the time I receive the announcements I ordered, my Mothers funeral will be over and they will be too late. It is impossible to get hold of anyone other than the dreadful Bot so there is literally nothing I can do. If I had known they were so unreliable I would never have trusted something so important to them.

I am very disappointed with this company. My collage on canvas had the heads of various pictures cut off. They promised to reimburse me by printing new pictures but they made sure I was not able to send them the canvas again online. I find this as crooked and I am so pissed off.

Is this some sort of Ponzi scheme? I am clicking “Inte just nu” when being prompted by the unsolicited offer of joining “Plus”, yet keep getting looped back to that same unsolicited offer - and hence am unable to place the order…??? Hoping for proper assistance this time and not just another useless auto-response.
