Optimalprint did not inform that they cannot deliver product
We ordered name cards from Optimalprint and unfortunately, their printer was out of order but they never informed us. After 10 days delay we decided to contact them and they replied after 2 days that they had technical issues but that they would place another order. We waited another week until we contacted them about same issue. Then they offered us empty name cards, which takes away the whole purpose of ordering from them. Luckily, there was another company we could order from but I wish they had told us from the beginning that they could not deliver so that we did not have to stress prior to our wedding.

Good service, poor quality prints
The prints arrived in good time. The frames were packaged well but the prints themselves were just loose in the packing, one edge of the prints was slightly damaged though hidden by the frame when in place.
The quality of the prints wasn't that good I didn't think, the paper was thin and not really worth the cost. Slightly underwhelmed but my son likes them.

Spent a long time creating a photo book…
Spent a long time creating a photo book on their website, careful to always save my progress. Next time I come back the order is completely rearranged with the wrong captions on the wrong photos and a lot of hours completely wasted and no book to show for it. Useless.

Good poster quality
I had order 5 poster of different sizes and most of them very nice except one which is 60*90. I think 60*90 is little bit smaller by 0.5 cm which makes white border visible behind the poster but other than that everything is fantastic. I recommend it😊

Super fast delivery and good product!
I was impressed on how fast the delivery was, didn't expect to get it next day of my purchase. Big plus there! I loved my prints, I chose some of the vintage designs and the colors are amazing. Packaging protects the printing very well and I didn't have any problems. Definitely buying again in the future :)

Fast order confirmation
Fast order confirmation, fast delivery, quality for print was alright although type of paper and quality was not stated therfore no compliants. Clothing was a good print and quality.
Notebook print very dissapointed as there was missing pictures and placement, that this is not checked during printing process is questionable.
