Very professional, and helpful
Don’t normally leave many reviews ,but felt I had to mention my experience yesterday. Had to go into the office for an interview, which I was a bit nervous about but the recruiter Jaime Hayes was really nice and helpful…I had a few issues regarding some online technical issues… but she talked me through it,and even followed up the next day to see how I was getting on.

Jaime is great!
Applied for a job role for easyJet which then Jaime reached out to me the same day to offer me an interview which I attended the following day. She was very personable, made me feel comfortable, went through everything needed and answered all questions. She was great!!

Interview for TCO at Gatwick Airport
From when I walked through the door at Optimes Gatwick Branch I got a warm welcome from all the staff. I had my interview for TCO with Ellie Davies and she was very informative, professional and welcoming. I had many questions and she answered all of them with great detail and I left the interview with no stone left unturned.

Never mind being nervous.
This was my first interview face to face for over 25 years and I was nervous before hand. Kirsty who conducted my interview put me at ease was professional though out the process. The interview lasted appox 45 minutes and ended with me being offered employment. A big thank you to Optime and Kirsty for their time and encouragement.
