During my visit at Optime group Sipson Heathrow I met Jenice Rato, she was very professional and helpful.

I went for flexi hours job interview with Esme Russell. She was very polite and professional. I asked her many questions and she answered very well. All the time during and after the interview, she kept me informed for what’s happening next and very helpful. However the shifts I was told and been informed at the beginning and at meet and greet teem meeting and at the end of the training session are not exactly as advertised. And not many to choose from. That’s why giving four stars ⭐️ instead of five. Overall prompt payment.
