I have an Optime four track wire…
I have an Optime four track wire lighting system which has performed faultlessly since it was installed twenty years ago. Recently, I decided to replace the halogen lamps with the latest LED equivalents.
During the changeover I foolishly damaged a number of the small components within the light holders following which I spoke to Optime. Not only could they still supply me with the damaged parts, but they refused to take any payment for them!
I cannot speak highly enough of both the product and their service.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Aneta and Ewelina, their customer service and professionalism has been second to none.
They have kept me updated through every step of the process and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to go into the aviation sector.
The office is busy and well managed and they are always happy to see you, take calls and queries whenever needed.
