We are really happy with our Air-con system. We opted for a Samsung external wall mount with a wind free unit in the lounge and free joint multi vented into two bedrooms. The performance of the system is way better than we expected. The external and internal units are incredibly quiet and professionally installed.
The installation team were first class, really friendly, informative and cleaned up after themselves each day, I couldn't ask for a better service from Marius and his team. Would 100% recommend.

I received several quotes before deciding to go with OptimPRO, and I’m very glad I did. From the start, they stood out as professional, transparent, and genuinely polite. Everything was clearly explained, with no pressure or hidden details.
I had a specific preference not to install bulky units in every bedroom, but I also didn’t want to cut corners by placing a single unit in the landing to serve the whole house. OptimPRO really listened and suggested most efgicient solution both practical and aestetical.
The warmer weather will fully show the system’s performance, but based on everything so far, I have no doubts about the quality—Samsung units are known to be reliable, and this installation feels no exception.
They also left everything clean and tidy after the work was completed, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Really impressed with the installation from start to finish. The team was highly professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and everything is nicely installed, no unnecessary holes, and the finish is very clean and tidy. You can tell they take pride in their work. Marius (and his team) were great from start to finish on my project. Had air-conditioning unit and services fitted throughout ground floor and to the master bedroom. Would highly recommend without doubt. The team are highly punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

I have been thinking of having air conditioning unit for a few years but the service and quality i have had from Optimo Pro has been amazing. 2 upstairs units fitted and working in a day and checked the day after. So pleased with the service and quality.

Marius and the team fitted a new aircon unit, adjusted position for an old one he didn’t set up, and did some extra electrical work that he quoted for on the job. Absolutely brilliant, would work with him again!

Marius has been excellent from the get-go. He came to our house and gave us a no-obligation quote. He never gave us the hard sell. We contacted him a month later to get our aircon installed, and within a matter of days, it was installed. He is very good at what he does, extremely professional and not only set up our air con but also talked to us about maintenance, recommended settings, common misconceptions and how to ensure the air quality. No mess, and the installation was done in half a day. I'm extremely pleased with our product and will definitely be calling him again for servicing it.

Marius kept in touch when he knew he might be delayed, but actually arrived pretty much on time. He works efficiently and tidily and we're very pleased with the product and service we've received.

I would 110% recommend Marius. He's an accomplished professional, and the quality of the his work really speaks for itself. I needed an aircon installed in my garden office before summer, called him on a Wednesday, and he had completed the job on the following Monday - I was amazed how quick and smooth the whole process was. Marius really knows his stuff, he had answers to all my questions, provided me with different options to choose from, worked precisely to the schedule and most of all, his craftmanship is second to none. Absolute pleasure to work with!

Was on the lookout for an AC installation and OptimPRO was exactly what I needed.
I was guided through all the process from deciding what was best for my installation, to having everything delivered and installed to a very high standard and very quickly too.
They even cleaned up everything inside and outside when they left.
Could not recomment enough.

I just bought my first electric car, a Tesla, and needed a charger for it. Cătălin was fantastic from the start. He took the time to walk me through every part of the installation, explaining what to expect, what parts we’d need, and any tweaks that might come up along the way. His approach was clear and reassuring, so I felt confident everything was in good hands. The installation itself was quick, and he made sure everything was clean and tidy afterward. Overall, a genuinely smooth experience – I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, friendly service!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Marius for all his help in guiding me with all my air conditioning questions. Marius has a wealth of knowledge on the subject and he is very keen to help with any queries. Unfortunately, he was unable to install my systems because of the distance between us, but he was able to supply my installer with the Samsung units that I wanted at a really good price and also give up his know how on installing same systems. Marius continues to promptly answer odd questions I have on the systems as they are installed. If you are thinking of getting aircon I would highly recommend talking to Marius first.

Polite and good communication

I would have no trouble in recommending this company. I struggled to find a suitable engineer, came across this company. I phoned on a Saturday, Marius came and viewed our rooms on Sunday and carried out the work the following Saturday. Very thorough and courteous. So pleased with the finished job.
