Great service...
Barrie always did his best to undercut even the keenest internet prices. He did so without prompting, which saved a lot of legwork.
They knew their stuff, unlike the Saturday staff you get to deal with in Curry’s!
Optimum stored our appliances until we needed them during our building project.
Couldn’t fault them really.

Great in store advice on the range of ovens available. Took time to understand our needs. Matched the best price I found online for AEG oven. Organised delivery date and telephoned home on day to confirm with precise time. I haven’t had a better customer experience when buying a large item for years.

Appliances took 4 weeks to arrive, despite being told that they would be available in the next week when we purchased. There was no comunication unless we called Optimum. Fitters however were excellent.

We were told it would be in within a week of ordering but due to problems on their ordering site the original model was actually out of stock. We didn't realise this until you contacted us about the delivery as they were still showing as being available. The replacement model arrived late and I can only apologise that we didn't phone you to keep you updated. Hopefully everything is working okay now. If there are any further issues please let us know.
