Excellent customer service
Very pleased with the excellent customer service from help with choosing the best models to fit my requirements from southwick branch through to delivery. I was so impressed with the delivery team who delivered and installed the fridge & washing machine i actually rang the Haywards heath branch to pass on my comments as they were so helpful, kind and courteous. Competitive prices. Will use again and have also purchased oven & hob in the past.

I bought all my appliances for my new kitchen from Optimum at Sothwick.
They’re product knowledge is amazing and they have very competitive prices . Optimum will store your goods once purchased and deliver them in sync with your kitchen installation. Great customer service all round !

The staff from sales through to fitters were helpful and courteous. Delivery time was reasonable and as promised a phone call was made giving notice of the approximate arrival time. Fitters ensured that the appliance was operational before they left.

They knew their stuff, unlike the Saturday staff you get to deal with in Curry’s!
Optimum stored our appliances until we needed them during our building project.
Couldn’t fault them really.
