Slooooooow customer service. Chat is a dumb bot and doesn't provide a chat with real agent. Poor email response time. Look elsewhere. They also have subpar ratings on Tradingview also compared to other futures brokers. Now I have an idea why.

I have been using the platform for quite some time now and found Optimus Futures' level of customer service 'top notch'! I get immediate response for any questions that I may have. There have been no glitches between the interactions of Optimus Futures working via the TradingView platform which is what I was ultimately looking for within a company. Integrates flawlessly with Tradingview. Matt has been very helpful and they are very responsive when you have a question. I would definitely recommend to give them a try.
Take your money and run away. I'm not here to hear a rebuttable from the company. I just don't want anyone else to go through what I went through.
Too many things went wrong on this one for me to where I had to pull my money out. Something is very fishy with this company.
1) POOR WEBSITE - I applied for my account to be opened with STONEX but my account was processed to be with IRONBEAM. By the time I caught it, it was too late and their service reps refused to transfer my account. The woman on the phone is very rude and I don't know why she works customer service if she doesn't know how. On the website, it says $0.75 for commission costs and its not true either.
2) Poor platform - I ended up using Optimus flow platform. It is a POS. This software has to much bugs. I complained several times with my order entry getting filled improperly, and they blamed me as I "owe" the trades. There is one incident that an outage occured, and I got filled not my intended entry price but I got filled at the stop price bracket order. How in the world does that happened? Again - I was told I'm responsible for that. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Instead they offer to refund my commission cost and offered me to get another data package. My background is in Electrical Engineering, how does a data package will fix this? The guy over the phone threw some mumbo jumbo jargon (oh its the API, BS. I wonder if he even know what API means before googling it), and I had to listen to that... It was painful. I had a lengthy conversation with him how the P/L table does not update in real time and he knew that was an issue and I was asked to manually calculate. What? Are you serious? Really? Just toss this SW out the window. It's junk. I need to write a separate review on the software alone and filing a formal complaint.
3) RUDE customer service - I finally had it and decided to close my account. I called them to close the account, and remember that rude woman I told you about in #1? Well, she told me to call IRONBEAM directly. I was suspicious thinking how would IRONBEAM even know me if I went through an introducing broker? Isn't that what introducing broker is for? Low and behold, I followed as I was advised, and sure enough, I got someone from IRONBEAM screaming at me and made me feel like an idiot for even calling them. So I called OPTIMUS back, and the same woman picked up the phone, and I told her what I went through and at that point she finally processed my account to be closed. Talk about OPTIMUS wasting my time. NEVER AGAIN.
Bottom line - there is no accountability with this company. I was blamed for everything on their bad software not working properly. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Full disclosure, I did have losers in my trade that I will take responsibilities for. I know which ones they are. 3 trades that are "faulty" is way too many for me.
Exceptional support and a rock solid connection has been my experience. I evaluated Optimus Futures against some larger competitors and the competitors suffered from constant connection and latency issues. The tools offered from Optimus Futures and supporting documentation are also very well done. I've been able to switch to the provided journaling tool which was an another additional cost savings.

Optimus futures is one of the best companies in the sea of brokerages. They have a great platform and reasonable rates, but the thing that makes the biggest difference is the team and the level of support they provide. The team over at Optimus is top notch. They not only help you get started with great guides and videos, but they are also responsive over email and seem to genuinely want to help. I had a great experience and I would recommend this brokerage to anyone and everyone.

I was new with Optimus Futures last year and I had many questions about the setups, connecting, funding etc. To much to name them all here. I mostly had contact with Jake Montag he was really wonderful and patient with my questions. The software from this company also offers better solutions with access and datafeed than a local European broker. So they named it correctly with the name Futures.

Mainly use their OptimusFlow trading platform. Overall good user experience and is updated fairly regular. Been using it for roughly a year now and have not experience any major issues.
They do provide some additional services like journal, news stuff, etc. Only use journal and this adequate.
Customer service is overall quick and knowledgeable.

Professional staff that listen and get it. They know trading. It's just a small thing, but it makes a big difference for clients navigating the new platform and waters. Keep up the great work team.
