Five star all the way
Anytime I buy any electronic pieces of equipment or I'm thinking of it. The first thing I do is called technical support. If he doesn't have technical support, I don't make the purchase. Optimus tracker have one of the best technical supports out there for electronic equipment. You call the number and American pick the phone up and says hello and respond to you and deals with your issue five star all the way.
