Glad I chose Options Skills for my electrical training, couldn't fault the trainer's, very clear and helpful! Also, thank you to James from recruitment who lined up a job for me after I finished training!

Training was very good and informative. Mark the tutor was excellent he is got the field knowledge and he is a very good lecturer that fully explains every part in details and the practical section in the
room was good.
After our 6 weeks hands on and in-class training the recruiting team,James was very helpful to help me secure a job. I have been given a 3 month probation period which am positive they will keep me on.

I feel really grateful to Options Skills as they keep helping me to find suitable jobs! Options Skills is a great starting point for me as I knew nothing about the electrician field before!

From day one everyone involved were willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was Doug starting an hour early in the morning to explain something you struggled with, or Sam and Stuart guiding through the processes.
Going forward into work the team were there helping me every step of the way. James from recruitment worked tirelessly until he found me work.

Really good instructors with insightful knowledge of the skills they teach and the industries they apply to, upon leaving the recruitment team were great at taking into account what I needed and wanted from future work and found me a job with a few weeks of leaving the centre.

I paid for the gas training course, which I paid £5,700 , after 8 weeks of training I was supposed to get a mentor, but 2 years had passed, still no mentor, I had to take the company to small claims county court, which I only got £1,100.00 back , this company is A Fraud right from the outset, I wish I had read the reviews 1st . At least I have saved my friends son going to this company for the Electrican Course, Be aware stay away from this fraudulent company, who’s only mission is to take your money and then you are at their mercy, please

I want to explain how they done fraud with I have been booked my NVQ L3 course in feb 2021 for six weeks course and I paid £4000 witch one right now £9,000 after 3 weeks they said your course is completed and then I ask them for my certificate they said it’s taking couple of months then I contact them again they refused me to saying Government change roles it is not valid anymore or give £5000 more
And also when I searched online about this course I found that I need to complete only 18th addition which one cost only £200 and then you need to apply job online and after getting gob experience you can book you exam NVQ L3 about for £1000 then your course will be completed

And if you go option skills they will change you £9000 and then tell you same thing come back after two years job experience
