Company had great reviews, and I have severe sacrolliac issues. I was encouraged to try this particular belt. I decided to do it because I'm quite desperate. I have hope that it will help me.

I was able to find exactly what I wanted. My P.T. showed me a small foam ball and it was very easy to find online.

I knew what item to order, after that I breezed through the checkout process. I'm very impressed!

The professional discounts are legit as I compared them to Amazon's pricing, from their OPTP shop. Also, the website was easy to navigate. I appreciate there are short video demos provided on the platform, as well. I look forward to using the products and referring them to my clients and patients, as well!

Tried to reset my password you emailed me, but it did not work.

Product looks promising. We'll see. The email promotion I received listed the product on sale for $39.95, however, when arriving at the check out page, it was listed for $49.95. Not right!

The OPTP process was very efficient. I will check out other products in the future!

For this price and paid shipping there should be an estimated date of arrival. Right now I am completely in the dark as to when my order will arrive, and since USPS is not a particularly reliable carrier, I am running a high risk of not receiving the item when I need it.

I appreciate this company's broad offerings and good products. However, shipping cost was high in my opinion (especially because I only ordered books which could have been mailed at media rate, but I didn't see that option). Therefore so I will only purchase from OPTP again if and when (as was the case today) the total price still makes sense and I can't purchase items any other way for less total cost. I did call with a question, and service was excellent.

I have tried multiple times on different days to place an order and every time I complete the payment page it takes me back to the checkout page. I give up. What a terrible website.

easy to use website, great products and easy to use checkout process

Love the sale on products I wanted to get. And then added more. Didn't love how updating my password didn't work for me.

No place to put my resale certificate in, so I was charged tax. Had to submit my address several times to get billing and shipping accurate. Was easy to sign up as a professional and get professional discount.

Such a professional company, I can always count on your company.

The shipping and handling rates are pretty outrageous. They add an additional $2 to the professionals cost of a McKenzie Lumbar roll. If the pillows were not a superior product, I would not be a customer to the website.
