Deceptive sale practices
The whole purpose of choosing opus clip is because it promised it could use AI Dubbing to translate your videos. Only after you purchase it Do you find out that it can only translate from other languages into english. Your only choice is english. Say for instance, you need your videos translated from english to spanish For your spanish speaking youtube channel, you're just out of luck. This is something that should be communicated in the advertisement advertising information, so people don't waste two hundred bucks on a year subscription only to find out it's completely useless...

They extended my subscription when I didn't want it and I cancelled it. I also contacted support and they didn't deal with me properly, they closed the ticket without even responding to my problem.

Using Opus is a game-changer
Using Opus is a game-changer. Before finding them in 2024, I would painstakingly repurpose all of my longform videos by hand and wouldn't even bother with captions. Then I tried Opus and was completely amazed. It has also boosted my engagement on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I've since put in hundreds of videos into it and made thousands of short-form videos in a small fraction of the time. Thank you, Opus :)

The current features are great.
I guess I don't know everything to be able to judge the service as a whole, but so far so good.
I just want something even more intelligent, more "done for you" with trusted results.
I just want the magic button, "click and done" , the whole system doing everything for me even better than I'd do by myself.

It takes days to get a answer to a problem. If they fix that... that would be a nice improvement. And customers should have the option to pay month to month. I was told they don't have that & they should. You should not to be able to keep people credit information & then run the card. That is not right. Fix that please.
