The wig had a great grade of hair but it was not as full as I would have liked it.

I only had 1 complaint about this wig , it took a few weeks to come in. However , I was informed that the wig was custom made for me so I was fine with that . Other than that, I love the wig . It smelled like it was washed and conditioned. It was true to length , full and barely any shedding . I would purchase again .

I ordered the 28' Water Wave Wear Go Wig Pre-cut, 7x5 HD Lace, Bleached Knots Wig With Pre-plucked Hairline 220 density unit. Babyyyy, she is BEAUTIFUL. True to length, and the shipping was really fast. The cap has three clips, an adjustable band, and a drawstring for extra security. Washing the wig, did not loosen the curl pattern either. Plenty of parting room; I wore both side C and middle parts with this unit. Comes with extra bands, clips, etc. Will definitely repurchase the same wig in a shorter length for some versatility. ❤️ So many compliments and ladies asking for the link. Worth every penny!

I got a 24 inch loose deep wave wear and go and I’ve been obsessed since the day I put it on. Literally one of the best wigs I’ve ever gotten. Can’t wait to order the next one. I’m so used to getting a wig and it isn’t what I ordered, this wig was perfect.

I have had the worst experience with this company and I will be leaving reviews everywhere for people not to shop with you all especially as a wig influencer! I ordered this wig on 3/18 for my sister who has been battling cancer and can't even leave the house! She just received it This wig is so THIN I CAN see what she is thinking! IT SHEDS SO BAD that she can't even wear it! It's so short it barely come pass her ears it looks like I ordered a 27 piece wig. This is so unacceptable! And you all can't even fix the problem or compensate me! Never again!

I was really excited to receive my reddish-brown wig. Initially, the hair washed well and looked great after install. However, after about a week of wear, I started experiencing significant tangling at the nape of the neck. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be due to the coloring, so I washed and reinstalled it—but unfortunately, the matting continued almost immediately.

What’s most disappointing is that I attempted to leave an honest review about my experience, and it was removed. I wrote another review, and the same thing happened. That’s very concerning, as it feels like only positive feedback is being allowed, which doesn’t give customers a fair or transparent view of the product.

Overall, I’m really disappointed—not just with the quality of the hair, but with the lack of integrity in handling customer feedback.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this wig. It was advertised as 250% density, 18 inches, and an afro kinky curly texture, but what I received is completely different.
The wig is very thin, with visible gaps in the wefts, and the front is overly exposed. The curl pattern is not afro kinky curly at all—it has more of a silky, frizzy texture. Based on the fullness, it looks closer to 180% density or less, which is not what I paid for.
I have purchased a similar wig before (even at a lower density), and it was much fuller and accurately matched the description, so this was a major letdown. The only thing that was accurate is the color.
Shipping also took nearly two weeks, which added to the frustration. I contacted the company immediately after receiving the wig because the quality issues were obvious right out of the package.
Overall, this product does not match its description and feels misleading. I would not recommend based on this experience.

I ordered 2 wigs for the first time from this site. I can say that I am pleased because I have received so many compliments on the kinky curl wig in 10 inch.
I will be ordering more in the future.
