Worst experience ever on fashion supply…

Worst experience ever on fashion supply platform. If you ever buy from this website forget to ask for any kind of support, costumer service will never reply, not even once, to any kinds of your email. They sent the purchase to a wrong address and never took care of fixing that problem. One month lost on writing and waiting to get, in the end, only a refund and the product no more available. So bad.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve…

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I’m beyond disappointed. My item took over two weeks to arrive, with zero communication or updates throughout. I sent multiple emails to customer service, and not one was answered—no explanation, no apology, nothing. The level of disregard is shocking. On top of that, they failed to mention any custom charges in advance, which I was unexpectedly hit with upon delivery.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor customer care. I’ve never encountered a company so unresponsive and careless. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering—this has been a stressful, drawn-out experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Support does not reply and in time returns are not accepted

The packaging arrived completely damaged. The support does not reply. The return (sent as registered parcel with reply advice) was simply ignored (even though I added the return label as described on the package outside, inside and inside the shoe box as well) therefore the time of being able to return an order exceeded. Returns do not work and are extremely complicated. This place is a scam.

Scam disguised as a serious project – Order #177603

Customer support is nonexistent. It’s been 3 months and they still owe my friend €210. We’ve tried contacting them through every channel – email, Instagram, and Facebook – but got no response, no help, just complete silence.
If this is how they treat their users, then stay far away. It’s not just about the money, it’s about broken trust.
Shameful.

ORDER #177603 - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

#177603 ORDER CONFIRMED ON 02/17/2025
After a few minutes I kindly ask to cancel the order because it was a mistake. No response for two days, I send another email and still no response for another two days, I contact them on Instagram (no response).

ORDER SHIPPED ON 02/25/2025
After numerous requests to cancel the order, they do not cancel, do not respond and do not let me know anything, they ship the item purchased by mistake.

I try to refuse the delivery, but the courier insists that it cannot be refused. Therefore I accept the item and ask to return it (only option available).

I continue to contact them to return it but I receive no response, so I decide to open a dispute through my bank who sends me a temporary refund while waiting for the situation to be resolved between me and the seller.

The seller OQUIM, after numerous reminders and the bank's complaint, responds to my message and apologizes by offering me the shipping label to return the product. So, after a few days, I send the item to get the return!

Oqium - We received your return on 03/19/2025

Once the package arrived at their office, they confirmed that the return had been accepted, but they never told me when I would receive the refund!

My bank, after a month from the complaint, decided to take back the money from the complaint because the situation seemed complicated, since the return arrived and the warehouse communicated that everything is correct, only the refund from OQUIM is missing.

Stay away from this company, terrible experience. I have been asking for months if there is anything new and it is a waste of time, the consultant on their Instagram page continues to respond saying that his manager should take care of it.

It's been 3 months and I still haven't received the refund, I have wasted time and money. I strongly advise against avoiding this site and reporting it to all relevant authorities.

This is a warning.
I will not lose my money, by hook or by crook, I will do everything I can to get it back. This is just the first step, I hope to hear from you soon!

Ordered trainers over 2 weeks ago

Ordered trainers over 2 weeks ago. One minute trainers await clearance at customs same day 1 failed delivery attempt and sent back to sender. I was waiting on those trainers to wear foe my wedding.

Shipping costs 25€ and took sooo long…

Shipping costs 25€ and took sooo long to arrive. Also box came to my door half open.
Items were fine.
I also was refunded for one item which I ordered, which wasn’t in the stock anymore. Weird that they had it up for sale
