Very bad experience

Very bad experience

My shoes were broken after 2 months of usage. The air bubble of my nike's popped. After replying to my email quickly, it would be sorted out within the period of warranty. I sent my shoes back to Oqium and received a confirmation for that. After 5 weeks of trying to email and call, and multiple confirmations it would be sorted out, I still have seen no new shoes or any refund. I will never buy anything from them again. And I would advise you to do the same!
