Weak communication

Nothing received, no response from them
No communication, no updates on shipping, no resolution. If you don’t have any insurance on online payments just don’t order here. You will likely loose your money.
Still waiting
I bought shoes on sale on the 27th of december, got an email 3 days later saying it would arive the 31st. It has been 3 weeks and my package still has not been sent… :(

I have e-mailed 3 times(no response), called 3 times(no response) and visited 3 shops( of which 2 did not exist anymore) before the friendly shop employee was able to processes the refund of my by post returned purchase in a jiffy. Ofcourse without refunding me the shippingcosts of an item that came in with a factory defect(so not my mistake). So basically, this webshop is not a scam but just as bad! Please avoid!

I bought some items on sale but then they just canceled one of them (off course the most interesting one) and refunded me without telling me wich item was cancelled I had to discover it myself when the order came !!!

Verry bad experience
I have not received my refund!
I ordered 4 items, of which 3 were delivered with one of them being wrong. Two items were returned immediately (Nov 2024). I have not yet received any refund until now (Jan 2025)! There is no answer to my emails! They just ignore me!

I have not received my package yet, all though i ordered 15 days ago. It has not arrived to my homecountry and the date it "should" have beed delivered according to Oqium was the 27-28/12/24.

Missed 2 items in a 8 item order on dec 1st 2024, have been sending 6 mails so far, they don’t pick up their phones in the physical stores or customer service. I understand busy-ness during the holidays but this is ridiculous… I have not had an online shopping experience like this before and, to be honest, am flabbergasted that a company can get away with something like this? Wtf.
Update (21/1/2025): they got back to me the day after I told them I had written this review on TrustPilot and refunded the 2 items immediately. So apparently, a TrustPilot review is more important to them than a waiting customer sitting in the dark? Thank you for my money after 6 mails, countless futile attempts to get in touch by your 3(!) phone numbers. I am not gonna change this 1-star review into more stats because you respond to my email when it gets a little hot under your feet, while I am standing in a f-ing firepit of nothingness for over a month. I think you have a beautiful website and a great offering, but your customer service needs fixing, badly. I hope your learn from this review as much as I have learned from it. Took 2 weeks before I received the package. The package has been send from The Netherlands to an adres in the Netherlands so the location can't be an issue. There was no communication what so ever. I just got some info after I sent an email to the helpdesk.
disappointed and frustrated
Sadly, I am really disappointed by the whole experience. Many things went wrong during the process of my order. At first I placed my order with 4 pairs of shoes and a ls tshirt.
For over a week I hadn't gotten back any email about my order so I was afraid that it might be a scam and I had lost 200+ euros.
I submitted 2 forms from your website and no answer in either of them. After that I emailed customer support and no answer was ever sent to me. Then I decided to call customer support and again I never got a line to speak to someone. After many days the only way to get a clue about what's going on with my order was to contact the Amsterdam Store by phone. Only the staff from Amsterdam Store handled things professionally and efficiently. After a day or so I was informed by email from the AMS store that the order has been sent, many many days after I placed it. Although I thought things were on track, one day later I received a partial refund and not any update on why that happened. So again had to contact the AMS store, because only them were able to help!! , and after contacting the warehouse they found out that 1 pair of shoes I ordered were not sent. That happened because my order was forgotten for so many days and all the pairs were sold, although I had paid for one.
All in all it ordering from you was a very stressful experience and I wouldn't recommend someone to shop from you, especially if they order from abroad.
I would like to say that even now, nearly 20 days after my order I haven't received anything and still waiting. I know it might be the post's fault but it sure adds more frustration to the experience.
Again, please get it together, because you have great products and prices.

After almost 3 weeks of making the order it was dispatched. One of the items was not available anymore.
Not the best custome service
I've bought 4 pairs of shoes, they've sent me just two of them. I've tried to contact the customer service but they've never answered, I've tried through their site but nothing. At the end I've sent a massage to their Instagram page and they finally solved my problem.
Bad experience...1 month and still not delivered
Hi, I orderd since november 13th and I still waiting for the delevery. The order 172743. The track and trace number is 3SCJAZ0674702 and the delivery statut did not change since november 15th.
I try to call them. I try to write them but not answer.
It a 160euros order so I will not drop the matter.
It was not the first Time I ordered from this shop but it certainly the last time.
