I used oracle through sequence conveyancing. James was great in terms of telling me my options etc. and glad I have everything sorted. My only criticism is the phone calls were persistent, nevertheless happy with my service.

James was very patient in laying out our options and we never felt we were being given a 'hard sell' at any stage as he took the time to properly understand our circumstances and what cover we actually wanted. We're really happy with the service.

Nick was amazing throughout the process of setting up my income protection. He could not have been more helpful and friendly and explained everything so well.
