Excellent service from Gary. He thoroughly explained everything, was in no rush to get you to sign up, took his time to make sure we understood the policy and even called on a Saturday afternoon to finalise everything.

Nice to talk to, easy to understand different options, quick to respond and not pushy

Calls always returned exactly when they were supposed to be. Any missed calls were followed by a text message rather than numerous calls which is much more preferable. Advice given was in line with what i wanted and reasons given for which option was best - actual advice!
Broker was always the same person which, although still a sales call, made things much more relaxed to deal with. I had 2 other brokers chasing me and Oracle would be my choice every time based on this experience.
