Bought 1 bottle from Amazon and felt like it actually encouraged my poorly cat to eat. However, when I ran out, I tried to order more from Oralade directly. Checked shipping time and these seemed reasonable so I ordered £100 worth since we also look after some strays and wildlife in the area. It took 3 weeks for them to arrive. My cat passed away in that time - vet commented at how dehydrated he was at the time and I hate that if I had just ordered off of Amazon, I could've helped him but after spending £100, I couldn't then warrant a further purchase from Amazon. Oralades terms and conditions and the small print states they take no responsibility for courier delays and don't accept returns. To add to the heartbreak of these arriving after my cat's passing,majority of them had also gone off despite having a best before date of 2028. One exploded all over my kitchen when I tried to open it. Three more opened without issue but they did fizz. Two were okay. That's as far as I got with them but that's already at least £30 down the drain. Honestly, fuming. Don't buy from Oralade directly, use an alternative supplier who'll provide the offer of returns for faulty products.

Excellent service

Your product is fantastic my cats love it, however your courier service leaves a lot to be desired . My last order was delayed by the courier & arrived later than scheduled repackaged in a box that had previously contained a sanitiser solution (the label was partially removed) for which I refuse to use I am still awaiting this problem to be solved. Lots of phone calls & no one calls back. Lots of emails exchanged & so far nothing.

The product and despatch from supplier is fantastic....

Delivery is terrible, DHL..sent email to say del on 4th, didnt arrive. Got another email on 5th to say it would b delivered on"4TH"... THEY ALREADY MISSED THAT WINDOW.
try contacting... spent almost 2hours of my life that i cant get back..navigating DHL website which kept returning me to same page which gave no real info..tried ringing but this only gave option of same useless page on website...product finally arrived 9th...had message to say del would be between 12.30 and 13.30...i was out walkibg dog so cut short our walk got home at 12.15 just in time for early arrival of product.!!!!!

Brilliant product, but constant del probs mean i will be buying elsewhere as i need this product timely for my dogs health.. sorry

This is a great product that really works, if you have mouth ulcers or a sore mouth then I highly recommend that you try this. My wife and I wouldn't use anything else.

Order never arrived

A very good rehydration drink. Have been giving it to my 14 year old dog, going on 5 years now.
They absolutely thrive on it, especially when poorly.
Prevents mine from drinking water excessively as it supports their kidney health, with electrolytes.

I cant recommend it highly enough, as it has been supporting my older dogs health for many years now. I
genuinely believe this stuff has helped prolong their quality of life.

I did have some delivery issues, on my recent order and was left quite frustrated with the overall timeframe involved.
Fortunately my order arrived today (Thank you Anthony)
I was also reassured that plans were in place to prevent such delays happening again in future.

My vet recommended this for my dog. It arrived very quickly. Is was a much better price direct from Oralade than it was from other retailers.
My dogs realty enjoy it whether it's poured over their food or given as a small drink.

This is very much a two-pronged review for Oralade.

Firstly, this is my second or third time ordering directly from the company, as the product can be incredibly difficult to source elsewhere. My previous delivery had some issues with DHL—poor communication and a late arrival—but it was manageable. This time, however, the delivery experience was genuinely awful.

I emailed Oralade late on Monday evening and was genuinely surprised to receive what felt like a real-time response from the Managing Director himself. There were no excuses, no platitudes—just a sincere apology and a shared sense of frustration with DHL. Anthony clearly explained how Oralade are addressing these delivery issues (I’m very much looking forward to them switching courier) and immediately arranged replacement items.

This is what excellent customer service looks like: acknowledge the problem and resolve it promptly. Thank you.

The second part of my review is about the product itself. My cat has CKD, and my vet recommended Oralade Pink to support her diet and hydration. Since introducing it, I’ve seen a huge difference. She drinks far less plain water than she used to, yet her hydration has improved so much that her CKD levels have stabilised.

The biggest miracle of all? She actually loves it. This is a cat who can detect anything even vaguely resembling “medicine” from 100 paces and will flatly refuse it. Yet she actively asks for Oralade and would happily drink it all day if I let her.

On both fronts—outstanding product quality and genuinely exceptional customer service—Oralade are superb!

My poor pup is suffering at the moment with illness and the vet recommended this product. Tried some from the local vet and dog liked it so then I thought I would order a batch from Oralade themselves. Item appeared to be dispatched quickly and ever since DHL can't make up their minds if they have it or not and then says they will deliver on the next working day and don't. Fine, I get it, this is a courier issue - however, Oralade offer you a number to call which constantly goes to voicemail. You leave a voicemail and no one calls you back. DHL keep sending me to Oralade and Oralade won't respond. I would order from elsewhere as this outfit appear to be amateur at best. Never again.

The product is great... However I think your choice of delivery company is poor. From your email communications it seems you employ either a 24 hour or a 48 hour service. However from the time I receive an email from DHL till the time I actually receive the item is more like 4 or 5 days. It happens every time I order from oralade and on one occasion one of the bottles had a leak which I put down to the the long time it must be kicking around in their possession.

Helped my dog to eliminate struvites oxalate stones. While he was drinking less water help him hydrate and now i give him as a treat.
