Recommendation for the io3
+ Very fast delivery

+ Immediately relieved minor gum irritation
- Delivery notification was from a delivery organisation that I hadn't heard of before, and was in my spam inbox.. Found out in the nick of time.
- Shame that the brushes for the io3 and up are a different shape from the pro series, and of course more expensive..
>I'll still give 5 stars because I got the io3 for a very reasonable price! Especially considering that my pro series toothbrush lasted a decade (and came with on several holidays). Just like my dentist, I would also recommend to switch to io3 if you haven't yet. The tech genuinely makes a difference, and thankfully this version doesn't have AI in it (seriously, corporations have to stop putting that on everything).

Ordered toothbrush and accesoires. Both shipped from Poland and requested to be delivered at a package centre. After no delivery requested assistance but received no answer. Still nothing, radio silence from Oral-B, P&G, and no product.

Average score as it is nothing more than an ordinary webshop.
Secondly, on you first order you get a 10% discount, but I had voucher for 15% discount from my dentist. Total discount was the 15%. Nothing more.
Without the discount you can buy the electric toothbrushes cheaper anywhere on the internet.

On your site it's difficult to see what the difference is between the Io numbers. I looked on Google to compare Io 4 and 5 or 2 and 3.
Also when I clicked on a choice priced around 99€ I went to a page with a price over 140€ and I had to deselect the toothpaste and extra brushes.
