The product itself and effective communication were top notch! Special shoutout and huge thank you to Miley who helped me with my purchase and was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. My only advice for improvement would be the delivery process. My product did take over a month to finally get to me. However, Miley continued communicating any and all updates that she received or retrieved.

This sign is completely awesome!!! The communication with the company was so wonderful, detailed and prompt!!! Very very happy!!!! The quality of the product is top notch. I LOVE the ability to dim the sign on about 16 different levels. The color and detail is spot on!!! They send you a proof prior to purchase for approval. This is worth every penny!!!!

I am skeptical of Facebook adds as I have had bad experiences in the past. I ordered a custom neon sign from Orant Neon and they worked with me to agree on the sign they designed for me. They were a pleasure to work with! I received the sign earlier than expected and it came out PERFECT!!!! Love my new sign!!!!!

I am so obsessed with the final product. I literally took a picture of a beverage coaster and uploaded it to their website and within minutes received a mock up of what I wanted. I was amazed at how the whole process worked…so easy and Johnny was very responsive. Extremely satisfied! Will buy again from Orant.

Excellent customer service. Before I purchased, I had several questions and all were answered within 2 days. Excellent product. Only complaint was that the remote did not come with a battery. During Zoom calls, it sometimes appears that the sign is flickering, but that is a lighting issue, not a product issue. The sign delivered on everything as promised.

I was skeptical about the quality based on the great deals they were giving at the time. I am very happy with the product I received. The sign looks great. It lights up perfectly and the colors were perfect for my logo. The only thing that I think could be upgraded is the connections for the lights, but those are hidden anyway so it can't be seen when the sign is hung. I great
