NO PROPER TRAINING ON HOW THE WHOLE THING WORKS
The platform withheld information, I thought after paying to release song, the platform would be responsible for promoting the songs. But ever since I released my songs on the platform, I have not gotten streams, download or any income, I thought u would do the needful, then when profit comes we spilt it....

Your release payment covers music distribution—delivering your songs to streaming and download platforms. Paid promotion is a separate, optional service and isn’t automatically included with distribution. Having your music available on stores does not guarantee streams, downloads or income.
ORB also does not take a percentage of your royalties, so there is no profit-sharing arrangement with ORB. Earnings depend on listeners streaming or purchasing your music and the stores reporting those earnings.
We’d like to check whether your releases are available on the intended platforms and help you understand your streaming and royalty reports. Please contact support through your ORB dashboard so we can review your account privately and guide you through the next steps.
