We had an excellent experience booking our trip with Orbis Vacations. Our agent, Paul, helped us every step of the way: She patiently explained the cost breakdowns, helped us customize the itinerary, and truly went above and beyond to help us book our dream trip! We are so excited for our trip now thanks to Paul and Orbis Vacations!

He planned all our itineraries meticulously.
Paul Smith booked us in the Hello Kitty Train which was fun and delightful surprise.
Orbis staff were very helpful and they are available24/7.

Our package tour to Athens and Santorini from April 10 to 16 was an unforgettable experience. We had an awesome holiday. Thanks to Orbis . Benjamin Walker chose a brilliant accommodation , the very clean Polis Hotel in Athens .. We had a huge room with TV, free wifi , coffee making facilities and a good view of the Acropolis / Parthenon. The hotel which is in the city centre has excellent buffet breakfast serving more than 30 choices of hot and cold foods plus desserts and endless servings of hot and cold drinks . The staffs are courteous. The hotel is walking distance to the Acropolis , Parthenon, the Plaka , museums , shops , restaurants, etc.

In Santorini , the Hotel Igeneia is equally brilliant , offering a good buffet breakfast . The hotel is more like a home than a hotel. The lady owner was so welcoming and provided so many informations on what to see in Santorini and how to get to where one wants to go , We had a spacious room with a double bed and a single bed ( only 2 of us staying) .The hotel is situated in the pretty town of Perissa . It’s 3 minutes walk to the bus stop which goes to the different places of interest . It is 5 minutes walk to the huge and very very long Black Sand Beach and to the highest mountain of Santorini where the famous monastery proudly stands .

The car pickup transport from the airport to the hotel and then hotel to the airport were problem free . In fact I did not contact the drivers to arrange the times of pick up. The Orbis staffs ( Patricia , Alice , etc . ) did them all for me via email. Orbis did an incredible job … from clear booking by Benjamin Walker with good choice of accommodations to checking-in , to transportation from airport to hotel ( return ) . They even checked on us that we are ok whilst on holiday. I appreciate so much the politeness and kindness of every staff I had spoken with over the telephone.
I look forward to booking with Orbis again . The package tour was value for money . And the staff or sale members have the right customer service. Thank you again Orbis !

We found Orbis travel excellent in organizing, confirming and keeping us updated regarding flights, Checkin, ferries and questions for our vacation. Two best friends travelling requiring separate beds, dietary requirements. All was pre-arranged in our behalf. I highly recommend them for your next tour. Mia was our booking agent. Our reservation and trip thru Orbis was a great value and very well planned out for us. It included flights, hotel stays in 3 different areas and daily breakfast and ferry transfers. Our agent in England, George with Orbis answered our questions and concerns promptly and made adjustments as needed. Alice Smith was also helping. All of our travel documents were sent to us via email in time. Our trip had basic middle class hotels, but the breakfast buffets were large and well put together in all 3 different hotels. We visited Rome, Malta and Gozo in late February of 2026. Well not being able to go in the water because the water temperature is are just not that warm yet The weather is perfect for extensive sightseeing and being outside. With it being in the 60s during the day.

We booked with Orbis for the first time for our trip to St Lucia. Their fare was in line with other providers, however their customer was exceptional. From booking to leaving and then returning they were there to assist every step of the way.

We were wanting to travel to Egypt and came across Orbis while searching vacation packages. I'm thrilled to say, that it was an amazing experience and we're grateful to Mia for putting together a great 20 day package tailored for us!
All transfers went smoothly and the Administrative team at Orbis kept in contact with us during the trip to update us in "real time" on meeting points, dates and times. That was so valuable and much appreciated, thank you again!

Hi our actual vacation was amazing!The hotels were great, the people there were amazingly helpful Our issue was flights which were all changed before we left which meant transfer times had to be changed All done with no problem Then our return flights were cancelled and the help rebooking and finding another hotel for and extra night closer to the airport was invaluable Thank you

Short break to Dublin very well organised by Orbis and Patricia. Hotel was well located and comfortable, and we were particularly impressed by care taken to ensure we had maximum time there by suggesting we fly from Bristol rather than Cardiff, giving us in effect another day by flying out early and returning late. Many thanks.

We recently went too Malta 🇲🇹 with Orbis Travels, The whole experience was very good, we had no issues with the hotels or the transfer between the Islands 😎👍

I was quite happy with service that was provided by the agents. The Hotel rooms were very clean. And most importantly the response that was provided by the Agent was very supportive.

Patricia and Orbis Travel took care of everything from our departure airport to hotel and return from hotel back to the arrival at our original departure airport.

We used Orbis to plan our trip to Bali in January 2026. The service, accommodations, flights, and transfers were all top notch. The advice and recommended hotels were fantastic. Our outbound flight was cancelled at the last minute (literally as we were going to board) and Orbis worked with us to get a better flight than what the airline had re-booked, saving a day of our vacation. The 24-7 service was really helpful, but after we arrived, everything went like clockwork! I will use Orbis again, and have recommended it to my friends.
