I ordered the Disney Orbitkey Sling (4L), 2 Disney keyrings and a phone lanyard on a Friday, this was acknowledged on the Sat, received despatch notice on the Monday and received to the UK on the Thurs, amazing quick service - my package arrived with my free goodies for spending a certain amount - all these products are brilliant and the bag, well that's just lush and I have used to already, it's perfect sizing and will be great for my Orlando trips.... slight glitch mind, as I was one keyring short - one quick email to customer services, acknowledged the next day and delivered 3 days later! the customer service, delivery and the products are superb and I would not hesitate to buy more from Orbitkey...so please bring out more Disney 4L sling designs! :-)

I had quite a bit of hiccups with my orbitkey purchase, but I'm really thankful for the support Margarette provided & I'm so relieved that I'll be receiving my much anticipated items soon.
Firstly, she helped provide a personalised promo code when the one generated from the newsletter subscription didn't work. Later, my shipping address was wrong & she was able to get in touch with the warehouse team to make sure my items was held back so they could rectify my shipping address.

I placed an order for the Ring v2 keyring after it was highly recommended by members of my family and friends. Unfortunately, my package went missing during delivery with the courier.
I contacted their support team and spoke with Mae who was empathetic, professional, and immediately ordered a replacement for me.
Dealing with a lost package is always stressful, but she turned a negative situation into a truly positive customer experience. I highly recommend Orbitkey!

I reached out to CS on Saturday night bc I disordered what I wanted. After playing in the site and unable to cancel the order, I sent an email. I got a response in the early morning on Sunday and the rep continued to communicate with the status of the order.
Happy the order was adjusted before it shipped. Now I'm just waiting to receive the product and hope I love it

I’ve bought from these guys before. The quality of items is unmatched and customer service is excellent. I wish they stop using evri as couriers as they caused me A LOT of issues. Would be harsh to dock these guys a star for it, but it’s the only negative in a long line of positive things I have to say.

I saw the large Mickey and smaller Minnie slings on Instagram and had to get them for my Walt Disney World trip. I found them to be very functional and appreciated that they are also waterproof to withstand the downpours at WDW. I found the features of the bags to be very thoughtful such as a ring to clip a carabiner for hand sanitizer or mouse ears. I like the hole so I can put the battery in one section and slip the cord through to charge my phone. It was really easy to access my sunglasses, sunscreen, etc without being too bulky for the rides. Unfortunately, the paint on Mickey's button ended up with a gouge in it...I was so bummed out. But I noticed the 2 year warranty and thought i should just ask if this was covered. I received excellent customer service from Mae, who was very responsive and she sent me a replacement. Now, I'll be ready for my next trip to Disneyland for the holidays!

I’d give ten stars if I could, the customer service from Mae was as stress free as it could possibly be, my wife and I are delighted with our key organisers and the quality is outstanding, I lost a washer and reached out to Orbitkeys customer service, was contacted within an hour and they very graciously send me a replacement the very same day. Good old fashioned customer satisfaction is very evident and I can’t recommend the company or Mae highly enough, a pleasure to deal with and a product that will last for years, if you are in two minds about purchasing anything from Orbitkey I can personally vouch for their product and their attention to their customer satisfaction.

Hi all,
Orderd last thursday Darth Vader 16’ laptop sleeve from Orbitkey. Its says 3-5 days delivery. Its dispatched on friday and from friday thats it nothing is happening.
Im very sad about it hope we can sort it out my delivery. I do like orbitkeys i usin their nest notepad and key organiser but im very dissappointed this delivery service.

I ordered two bundles over a week ago which contained a total of five items.
The order details however only showed four individual items, and when I enquired about this they said this was due to the item being out of stock, even though you can still order that item on it's own, in other bundles and on Amazon directly from Orbitkey.
It took a couple of days back and forth because it takes a day just for them to send one email response, but eventually they said they fixed the issue, whatever it was.
Here we are a few days later with still no update on the tracking and so I reach out to them again. They tell me they are not sure what happened and will have to reship the order.
I responded, and of course I'll have to wait another day to hear back from them.. so much for 2 - 5 day shipping.

I requested that the order be resent using express mail (which I didn't pay for) and they did this without issue, and I received the order yesterday.
I do like their products, and have ordered a few times before. They will try and help you, if you are patient with them, but I still think their communication time can be improved a lot.

The customer service bends over backwards to be helpful. They respond within a few hours by email snd are do helpful snd polite. Nothing is too much bother for them. I can’t actually review my bags yet as I only ordered them on Monday - less than 2 days ago, but I expect them to be as good as the service

I bought a Star Wars tote bag, the bag is awesome although for the mo ey the print was only on one side, which isn't major but still.
The main issue is that the elastic band which holds the bag together when packed is already getting thin and about to snap.
