I ordered a product from Orbitkey for the first time. Unfortunately my product didn’t arrive so I contacted them for an update. I received a reply straight away but unfortunately the product had sold out. They offered me a refund or an upgrade. I decided on an upgrade to the larger size & am delighted with it. The delivery was very speedy too. Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future

I been a customer with Orbitkey for many years. They make high quality products. My product was damaged and out of warranty. I sent a email and they really came thru with a great customer service experience. They a breath of fresh air in the consumer space. They have a customer for life.

My key organiser holder broke out of the blue and I wrote in to enquire about parts purchased. I was very pleasantly surprised that I will be getting a replacement instead. The online team was also prompt and helpful. Outstanding!

Today I made my first order, but I forgot to apply my 10% code, and as well my bank decided to not notify me on time for if the payment got throug.
From the moment I wrote to the customer support asking questions about delivery, taxes, etc, + the confirmation if my payment was properly received and that I forgot to apply my code, it took about 10 seconds and I received an answer.
Never seen support so fast and the answers on spot and everything that I needed to know.

Really good quality products and excellent customer service. Have taken one star off for quite a slow delivery and also there is no free returns - the customer has to pay for postage. However refunds are made very quickly.

Had a slight issue with the locking mechanism, orbit key were straight on it, sent a replacement almost immediately, brilliant customer service

It seems like the low ratings here for orbit key generally revolve around delivery and that's a shame because I've had a great experience and I'm really happy with the products I have from them.

I bought the urban sling 4 L, received the utility clip on as a bonus gift, and bought the key organiser for my husband some years ago. All are very well designed, made well with quality materials, and are stylish.

Hubby loves the key organiser and it's in great condition after many years.

The utility clip holds my keys and makes for easy movement between bags. The one thing I would improve is that the clip part actually stays clipped to the pocket of the bag. At the moment the magnet is so strong that the whole thing comes off. Maybe the clip itself needs a magnet too.

The thing I love most about the sling bag is its size. As far as I can tell, it's pretty unique in terms of size on the market. 2 L was always too small for me and 6 L too big. (I am 163 cm tall.)

Naturally it has a good amount of usable space and I like that you can expand it so it will sit upright on a surface. I love that the main section has two way zipper. The price is very good.

I do wish the pockets in the secure back section were deeper; they don't fit my iPhone 11. I also wish that the front "sunglasses" pocket was deeper. I can't fit my sunnies in there.

One annoyance: the part where the extra length of the strap is attached to the main strap slides up and down very easily, which means it doesn't stay in place. The quick release for the strap is nice and easy to use though.

All in all I would recommend orbit key products.

Used to love this company. But since they launched their sling bag, the quality control has been awful. So many complaints and they haven't released an updated model or given refunds for the faulty product they released.

First time ordering from orbitkey. My order was shipped very quickly and arrived a few days after. Everything was nicely packaged and I love my new key organizer. I switched from my Ridge organizer because it was too heavy, but my orbit key is very light! Will definitely be ordering from them again when it’s time to switch up the color!

Terrible service I ordered a desk mat back in December waited 2 months for it to be sent only for Evri to state it was delivered but no sign of it, I was told I would have to wait at least 2 weeks for another one but then that never appeared either so I cancelled it and got a refund, ordered the same item 10 days ago even though it states 5 days I'm in the same position again no email no update no item, I will be cancelling this again I think thinks are clearly listed as in stock when they aren't.

Update they just cancelled my order when I asked where it was, wont be buying anything from them again.

Had an issue relating to delay in delivery from a third party firm, contacted Orbitkey and within a couple of hours, problem resolved to my satisfaction, give credit to Orbitkey staff for quick and positive resolving of issue

Ordered 2x products from the StarWars line and paid for express shipping 4-7 days. 7 days passed and the order status is not updated and i have not received either of the orders.

My recent order never arrived even though I have paid for express shipping (1-3 business days). On their website it says that the order is fulfilled but on DPD’s parcel tracking the status is still expecting the parcel. Customer service still not responded to my query! I will avoid Orbitkey in the future and I’m considering initiating a chargeback with my bank!

I purchased their Hybrid Laptop Sleeve, their 2in1 pouch, the Nest, the Compendium, and a key organiser. Which, in hindsight, not the smartest thing to do- dropping that much money on a company I found through an instagram ad; when I wasn't entirely certain if I was about to get scammed or not. I had never heard about Orbitkey's prior, so it was a true shot in the dark for me.

Anyway. I made my purchase on the 22nd and 24th of April, about 10ish days away from May 4th. However, I live over the ditch, so I wasn't sure when to expect my goods. Surprisingly, I received my packages on the 28th and the 2nd of may; approximately a week after purchase.

All my products have been amazing!! (I am not just saying that because I'm simply relieved I wasn't scammed).

The Hybrid Laptop Sleeve:
For reference for other potential buyers, I have a MacBook Air: 13'' and, I purchased the 14'' Hybrid Sleeve. Anyway. It feels sturdy and the quality feels eloquent and supportive, with stitching that seals it all together to give off a professional finish. The ability to keep my Air secure, even while charging, is an added benefit! Honestly, I love everything about it! From the magnetic closing mechanism; the portable work station I can take anywhere, while being certain that I can keep my laptop on a clean surface; and to the functional and integrated mouse pad. It's a true beauty.
The only downside is that it is a bit too big for my everyday bag, adding on a small bit of weight to my daily load. But, hey, walking around with a leather-based sleeve makes me feel cool, so idm too much; I'm more concerned about putting it down and forgetting about it entirely.

The 2in1 pouch:
It holds all my essentials when I'm on the go, keeping them in compact and isolated slots so my items are in tidy spots for easy location. I also adore how it's splash-protective, so my chargers remain dry. It fits a lot of stuff, despite its size; from my medication; to my gloss and other refreshers; and for my cables and chargers.

My only suggestion would be, that instead of the wireless charging station, (that requires an external power source to function), perhaps a built-in power bank would serve more effectively in providing a truly clutter-free experience? I only say this because, for myself, I have an iPhone 15 (that takes a usb-c charging cable, which is the same as the Nests). So. It does feel relatively inconvenient and counterintuitive to connect my charging capable to the Nest instead of simply plugging my phone straight to the cable for charging.

The Compendium:
I really love how sturdy and high-quality the cover feels. However, I am noticing creasing for the fold pockets, that stores cards and spare notes. To add on, it did take a bit of work to stretch the integrated pen holder; I have a Stabilo point 88- fine, 0.4, for reference. Fortunately, my pen does now slide comfortably in and out of the holder so I have no further issues regarding that.
To summarise, it's a lovely product! It keeps my notebook damage-free, so I can stuff it in my bag without concern for the pages creasing or folding under the weight from other objects. However, I will note that the Compendium is rather thick in comparison, it is incredibly protective in that regard, but it also takes up space in your bag where simply having your notebook would not. Other than that though, it's a beautiful covering that has situated itself into daily usage for quick notes and studying.

The Key Organiser (Kit):
The thing I didn't know I needed until I had it! It's compact and I can reach into my bag, distractingly, to grab them without accidentally being stabbed by my collection of keys! I know it's not intended for fidgeting with it, but I enjoy just spinning my keys around like it's a butterfly knife. Generally, it's a comfortable hold, that stops my keys from pressing up against or scratching my stuff in my bag.

Now! Unfortunately for me, the Star War's products I got all dropped down from the original 25% discount I purchased it at, to 50% instead. To recount from what I had mentioned above, there was about a week between the initial purchase date and the further discount so, colour me devastated.

Upon seeing this, I reached out to inquire about their price promise policy. I was pleasantly surprised by their Customer service and the solution they offered me. To summarise, they provided me with a discount that practically covered my next order.

I was so nervous about what to expect when opening a ticket for support, but England was incredibly helpful and I left feeling like a valued customer; with the certainty of continuing my support for this company. England was patient, kind, and helped me feel certain that this company cares about you and what they sell.

This company is a completely farce and needs shutting down.

Ordered 2x urban loop keychains…..

10 days later no items so contacted them. The very unhelpful “Cyd” assured me they would arrive so I waited 3 more days and nothing. He then promised to send replacements asap. 7 days later only one arrived…..

Contacted again to ask the whereabouts of the second one and they confirmed they forgot to send 2. Another replacement sent…

As of today (24 days after initial order) I still only have one item, which is incidentally falling apart and “Cyd” has gone very quiet. The tracking on the 2nd replacement doesn’t work and Cyd will not reply.

I will therefore be using my bank to claim back the money and referring this fraudulent company to the relevant authorities.

I messed up my order, contacted customer service and they got it sorted. Many thanks to Mia - who was great 😊

I ordered the Hybrid Laptop Sleeve - Terracotta / 14" High quality finishings, smooth ordering process. I returned it because it didn't fit well in my travel bag I use for overseas travel, so absolutely nothing wrong with the product itself at all. The return process was amazing, never experienced this level of communication during any return process before. Will definitely order again from this company.

I’ve purchased many shopping bags from Orbitkey. Just recently I had an issue with one bag. The issue was resolved in a matter of hours. Their products and customer service are incredible. Cannot recommend Orbitkey highly enough.

I ordered several key organizer and sling bags ; two times I must contact the support!
