I lost 375000 aud in one weekend .big scam .do not go near them . do not

Best place to put your own Solana based token. You can’t find your own token even you put lock liquidity at search bar in Raydium. But you can’t find see my KingScar Coin if you search at orca.so
I will add more liquidity to orca.so in future days.

At the start they were great always calling and we were buying and selling shares but as soon as we have mentioned there will be no more money we have heard nothing and it has been 2 months. I have been emailing every day and get the same response that they have sent my query to our account manager.. and still nothing. We have shares opened and we would like to get them close so we can get our money out. If someone could please contact us as this is very unprofessional.

I found this site unsuitable for me and now I want to withdraw my money but no one replies to my emails.

App is closed and is withholding money, cannot buy, cannot sell.

No explanation on why or how to get your money back. Do not use!!!

App has closed down "due to market conditions", got my money back, so that is good, but of course I would never use this app again, markets being down is the time to buy not sell, clearly not a good investing app.

Waste of time as my free shares are still pending from 14 of January when they say it takes 3 days ,with live chat being always offline so no help from them. Better off using Freetrade they have the same promotion for free shares.

I’m still waiting for my free shares since the 30th of December I don’t know what there worth and they are still pending , I would if invested but now I’m not so sure

I followed the referral scheme from someone on my Instagram on the 30th December 2021. I appreciate it was during the festive period that I received my free share, but, as it stands, I am still waiting for that share to come through and not be pending any longer. This seems ridiculously longwinded, especially when other share apps do not fuss about, it is instant (or within 24 hours) and you know exactly what your share is, it's worth etc.

Due to this experience, I won't be buying any further shares with this company and would tell others to do the same because, as they say, time is money and they just take up too much of your time processing everything.

Amazing app and customer service is really helpful

I was incentivised to sign up with a referral offer, the offer mentioned a free share £20-£100.

I signed up and deposited money into Orca. And thats where the problems started. The money disappeared from my bank account immediately but didn't appear in Orca for 4 days. When contacting support they were friendly enough but couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. Firstly they stated it was a technical issue and it would be resolved very shortly (which turned out to be a lie), then on further contact they stated that payments aren't processed over weekends and I'd need to wait until Monday.

I'm glad I only deposited a small amount to test the platform. Had I deposited more then my money would be in a state of limbo and completely inaccessible.

After the money finally appeared in Orca and I made some investments, I received the free share worth only a quarter of the minimum value they stated. Support stated the £20-£100 was only for the referrer (not sure why their signup process would bother mentioning that to the referee at all?). Not only that, the referrer didn't even receive the correct offer share stated.

Overall really misleading and left me with zero confidence in the platform, I've tried a few platforms to find one I like best but I would AVOID this. I liked the concept of Orca but there are other investment apps that offer commission free trading and are infinitely more stable.

I'm only starting my investing journey, but I like it so far. Orca is my second investment app and I think it's for a long time:)

The app is interesting, I made a couple of trades and noticed that exactly as much cash is deducted from the balance as indicated.
At first it pissed me off that every few seconds it was necessary to replace an order, but then I realised that this was done so that I could see the exact amount. and that's just cool.

I like all the features so far but I'm disappointed that I don't see NIO shares on this platform. Very limited when it comes to the companies you can invest in I'm hoping this will change! 😔 Please bring NIO to this platform.

Investment made easy to understand with Orca app. I liked how ETFs are made simple, visually clean and concise information provided about each ETF. highly recommend for beginners to intermediate level investors. Customer service is available via app chat feature and they are very prompt even available late hours.

I have been trying for some time now to log on to the app - I keep getting a response that there is 'No Internet Connection' yet every other finance app on my Android phone is working fine. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. All of the permissions etc., on my phone are set up correctly. In trying to log on to the Orca website on my desktop PC, I get an error message saying that I have been 'timed out'. Other webpages are opening just fine. I have yet to invest on the platform as I intend to open an ISA with them at the start of next financial year but at this point to not be able to even access the app etc., is troubling

Orca gets nearly everything right, I was very close to giving it 5 stars. But it's unfortunately lacking in one or two areas, though I have no doubt that these issues will be fixed in time and I'd be happy to amend my review once that is the case.

Undoubtedly the best thing about Orca is their solid customer support. You're always talking to a human, responses are prompt and helpful. Definitely the best service I've seen across investment apps so far, you can be assured that if something does goes wrong or if you have a question - they'd be more than happy to help you out.

The UI is very clean and easy to navigate for beginners. Lots of information is easily accessible and the educational resources they provide is a great starting point for any new investor. The collections feature is a nice way to get a diverse portfolio up and running based on what you find interesting (my only issue is that I wish I could hide the "create your first collection" reminder on the front page, as I personally don't need to use it).

Regarding the fees, I find it extremely cheap considering the quality of the overall experience. Moreover, the cost is pretty much negligible if you're trading with £100+. However, I can understand that for those who trade with smaller amounts, the current £1 fee per £1000 can be quite costly. In my opinion a decent compromise would be to reduce the fees for trades below £100 to something like 10-25p which may make it easier for new investors to get used to the app before dealing with larger amounts.

The biggest area of improvement in my opinion is that the amount of stocks to choose from is just too small. Naturally, this can limit your options and may force you to another platform that has more choice available (this is the main reason I have my ISA elsewhere for the moment). Of course, this is something that the team is working on expanding. But at the moment this is probably the thing that holds back Orca from being a 100% recommendation. However I'm sure many people would be content with what they have so your mileage may vary. Download the app and take a look for yourself to see if you're happy with the stocks on offer before committing.

Something else that they could improve is the time it takes to deposit money from your bank into Orca. Whilst it does only take a couple of hours at most (on a weekday) to start using the deposited cash, sometimes those couple of hours could make you miss an opportunity to buy a dip which can be rather frustrating. Moreover, when you sell a stock you cannot immediately use the earnings from it until it is settled, which takes 2 days after the stock is sold. This is also a pain because, again, it makes you unable to take advantage of sudden dips in the market. Although the team are working on being able to place orders with unsettled cash, it is something that needs to be taken into consideration when choosing a platform to invest with.

Despite the one or two downsides, I still think this is a solid app that is worth at least taking a look at if you're interested.
