Excellent service
Izmir was punctual, friendly and considerate when he assessed my property. He was also very helpful when I queried his assessment of the windows. He gave a full explanation and when provided with FENSA certification immediately amended the EPC record.

Izmir was very quick to reply to my enquiry and confirm my booking. I am a first time landlord and he explained the process clearly to me. He was punctual to our appointment and the inspection was carried out efficiently. The rate was competitive and I had my certificate within days. I would recommend their services!
