In the middle of applying for a mortgage and was told we needed an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which we had never done before.
Did a Google search & enquiry and Izmir Lici at Tall Brothers EPC contacted me via this and within a couple of days the inspection was done, payment for the service was made and the required certificate was received

I was impressed to get the visit done within 25 hours of my enquiry and the certificate was available for me to download within 4 hours of the visit. Great service, very nice firm to deal with.
