Avoid at all costs. Glass eventually got delivered but it was the wrong size. Was told it's an industry standard accepted tolerance! They use'd Halsall Glass to manufacture who must cut with a pizza wheel to be that much out.
Poor service poor product.

Our glass splashback did eventually arrive and it was as ordered, but it took over 4 months to arrive. I chased them every few weeks by phone and email and they were amazingly creative with their excuses. My order was completed at one point, but after 6 weeks in the packaging department it was broken. Then the company got taken over and then there were problems with couriers.

I won’t use them again and I wouldn’t even recommend to my enemies.

Currently at week 13, lie after lie, as others have said isolating, promise of contact last week and none received, new excuse is old ownershp bought by another company and they are moving warehouse..!!!
Save yourself the hassle

Ordered on the 16th June 2021. It is now 7th August and still not been received! The 15 working day delivery process is false advertising at its finest! Every time I chase it up I am given a number of excuses. Im really fed up now. Unprofessional & untrustworthy company and would NOT recommend to anybody. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely terrible.

String of lies being given about why my product is delayed... 1) they forgot 2) they are all self isolating 3) they are dispatching next week, etc.

I am now on week 8, and still no sign of anything getting delivered. They have so far refused a refund.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered 2 panels on 16 May on an alleged 15 working day turnaround. Still nothing. Panels were allegedly shipped (albeit several weeks late) and broken by the courier and since then every time I chase for an update I am told a different lie. One week they are ready to dispatch the next they haven't been made, the following week they are drying, the week after that they still haven't been sprayed... Refund has been refused. This company is run by liers and crooks

Ordered a standard size colour matched and protective coated splash back from Orderglass. They dealt with the order promptly and then found that the standard size I had requested was out of stock. They offered me a larger splash back at the same price. Really excellent customer service and when I received the splash back the quality and colour match was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Orderglass to any prospective buyer

Although there was a delay in the process at the toughening stage of the glass Jay arranged for our complicated installation to be carried out on a Sunday which was really helpful. The product is excellent and the installation went well, with all the sockets and other cut outs spot on which was a concern at the time of measuring as there were so many, however excellent work, thanks

Very impressed with the quality of the product and the installation. Company communicated all through the process and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
Would recommend to family and friends and would use them again in future projects.

Some mixed review but I received to Oder anyway and I am really glad I did. I ordered replacement glass for several floors on our landings for the house and I could not be happier with the results. Fits perfectly, Delivery guy was helpful and I was contacted ahead of time to arrange a slot and ensure I was in to receive which was helpful.

Recently ordered multiple splash backs for our new kitchen and cannot fault the service from Orderglass. Great communication throughout the process and the young chap delivering the pieces of glass was extremely polite and accommodating when delivering the items . Highly recommend and would definitely order from them again

Great Company - Despite the reviews, lead time was great!

Not having a good experience. Chased after 4 weeks, told it was still drying. Heard nothing so chased again after 6 weeks, told they had forgotten the chopping boards ordered alongside the splashback. Still heard nothing so chased today, we're in week 8 working day 37 yet they promise dispatch by day 15. They have replied so far and have apologised (why I've given 2 stars instead of 1) but it's just not good service. I understand the current pressures and that mistakes happen but they don't provide updates unless you chase them where other companies struggling with deadlines are more proactive. They haven't even offered to refund the £20 postage which would at least have been something! Will update once resolved...

I'd have give no stars if that was an option. Ordered glass in mid-April with a promised dispatch of 15 working days max. After 5 week I contacted them only to suddenly get an email saying it would be delivered the following week. That didn't happen because the van apparently broke down and was rescheduled for the following week. Delivery driver arrived minus my order, again it had apparently been given to a different customer. Company supposedly decided to spend days calling customers trying to retrieve it before starting to make a new piece. I was guaranteed an absolute latest delivery date of 11 June....guess what...it didn't arrive. Have been told it should arrive today but until I see it I have no confidence that it will be any good. Customer service is shocking...no answer to phone lines or web chat. Avoid this company

Very nice piece of Glass that fits like a glove. Delivery was a day late, but i was kept informed and was able to chose a safe place for it to be left as i was going to be out. Good job all round

Very poor service. Things go wrong, we know that. But the important thing is how the company handles it when they have made a mistake.
If your order happens OK first time, I’m pleased for you. If something goes wrong, don’t hold your breath that it will be rectified effectively or efficiently. Be careful

Really pleased with the product and service , ordered splash backs they fitted perfectly. Delivered when they said it would be . Will definitely use orderglass again .
