Misleading shipping locations and poor tracking updates
My shopping experience wasn't very positive. I know the website states that dispatch times are calculated in business days, but it also says that orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the buyer's country. Since I was ordering from Colombia, I assumed my package would be dispatched from the US. I suggest clearly indicating the shipping origin at checkout so customers know exactly what to expect. My order happened to coincide with China's National Day holiday—meaning there were 6 holidays right after my purchase—but I had no idea because, again, I assumed it was shipping from the US. Additionally, after being told my order had been dispatched, the shipping carrier's tracking page showed the label was only 'created' and the package hadn't actually been handed over by the seller. Overall, I think the information provided to the buyer is quite confusing.
