Flexible app making it easy to incorporate exercise into busy life
Just started using the app. I like the ability to select different plans for different goals and changing your program quickly. I'm just seeing how to incorporate it into my post partum lifestyle but so far its looking quite easy to get back into exercise using the app.

I sent a request to cancel out my order…
I sent a request to cancel out my order because I could not do these dances due to medical disorder. I asked three times. They completely ignored me. Instead, they charged my charge card three times. I caught it after the third time. I called my bank for dispute. I was denied because no one responded showing the amount I was paying of the $29.99 a month. Due to the above factor, so if you decide you want this app to make sure you can do the dance moves otherwise the above will happen to you.

No clue they were going to bank my…
No clue they were going to bank my debit card!! I never used the app or finished setting it up. Now telling me can't refund my card as you must let them know 1 day in advance of the renewal. Well maybe you should have pointed out it was going to renew! It's just a bull crap excuse. Thieves!!

If there was an option for zero stars I…
If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. I stupidly paid for the first month....it was not a subscription...and was not advertised as one! The following month the app requested 18 euro from by card but it was flagged by my bank...I went into the app to cancel whatever subscription I thought I must have inadvertently signed up to buy I had no subscription to cancel!! A total scam! I had to cancel my card! Do not get this app 🤬

Like many have echoed here, if there was an option of 0 that's what I'd give.
The same thing that has happened to numerous people happened to me. I signed up for a one time 1x3 or 4 month subscription and it turned out to be a rolling subscription. I checked the app every so often to confirm it wasn't going to auto renew, it didn't show up on the playstore and when I went into the app to try and check under subscription it said "restore" indicating to me there was no auto renew without my say so however I was charged and when I complained they would not refund me.

Not Bad, but can be cheaper :)
This app has honestly been a game-changer for my fitness routine! The workout content is fantastic - it's like having a personal coach right in your pocket. I especially love the wide variety of dance classes available. Thanks to this app, I've developed a passion for dancing, and it's made my workouts so much more enjoyable and engaging. The instructions are clear, the trainers are incredibly motivating, and I've seen really great results. However, I do think the price is a bit on the higher side.

Thankfully I didn't take out a membership with them after the initial questionnaire said that by following their plan I would lose 10kg in 10 days!! If this was possible it would be insanely unhealthy. I know it's just an algorithm and designed to tell you you can get where you want but that's nuts!
