Absolute waste of money, minimal slow generic responses from company that does not solve the problem. Will continue to pursue a refund through PayPal for dodgy product. Wish I'd seen these reviews prior to purchasing the dance app. DO NOT RECOMMEND.... UPDATE (Received refund after disputing with PayPal.)

Scam scam scam!!!!!!! Total scam

Do not download the app it is worse than a scam. Took money from my account after I have cancelled the subscription 6months ago. Contacted them but their response was very unprofessional and somewhat rude.
A company who takes your money without consent and disrespect you. I wonder why they are still around and no authority does anything.

Don’t even think about it. When you buy it they will never refund you even it’s an hour passed and you had not used it !!!!

Tried to get refund as it has “guarantee”. Poor app with boring music and the moves not shown properly!! The customer support just copy-paste answers and send codes to use it for free longer even I have clearly said many times I want my money back! Impossible, not recommended at all!

Do not get this app. I paid for 1month and it’s automatically taken another payment from my bank!

Do not sign up for this app. I tried to cancel after free trial but it didn’t appear in my manage subscriptions on Apple. I got charged $52 twice before I opened a case with PayPal who ruled in the apps favour. Stay away it’s a load of rubbish. Scammers. If it was genuine they would have refunded gracefully.

Does anyone know how to unsubscribe from this app they keep charging money every month even though the subscription is cancelled?

Poor/cheap “music” — all you get is a tinny beat, the instructor doesn’t seem like a professional dancer, just someone who’s marching out basic steps. ZERO charisma.
So UNINSPIRING and BORING it’s not something I’ll ever use.
Also, I signed up online and I could have sworn there was a money back guarantee. I can’t find the page since I clicked through a post on insta, but even though I asked to cancel in the first hour as it’s just so cheaply done and clunky — not worth a dime if you ask me— they said no.

had an extremely disappointing experience with Organic Dance Fit and I must say, I would not recommend it to anyone. First and foremost, they charged me even though I never used the app or its services. It's beyond frustrating to be billed for something you never had a chance to try out.

Not only that, but their customer service is far from serious or reliable. When I reached out to them about the erroneous charges, they seemed disinterested and unresponsive. It's as if they couldn't care less about their customers' concerns.

Moreover, the app itself is lackluster at best. The interface is clunky and confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find the promised dance fitness routines. Even if I wanted to use it, the poor design and functionality would have discouraged me.

Considering the negative experience I had, I advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with Organic Dance Fit. Their billing practices and lack of accountability make it clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reliable and genuinely customer-oriented dance fitness app.
