I ordered almost 2 months ago, when I filed through paypal, which you claim below is "how its done" then contradict yourself, you provided a fake tracking number. Not to mention you keep changing your site, disconnecting your phone and there are like 30 other people on your fb page saying the same thing. No matter what you say, youre a dishonest person, incompetent business owner, and just a piece of con man junkie trash. You can update your website everyday, leave passive aggressive msgs on paypal when people go to make a claim, provide fake tracking numbers, yet. You are unavailable to give refunds, which your site clearly states you will do. Not to mention, the season is over so you're selling year old seeds at a super premium price, acting like coupons and non existent free seeds will help. Maybe stop sampling from your garden long enough to answer an email. All one has to do is look below to see your arrogance and incompetence, especially at customer service. Any real business wouldn't come at people aggressively when they have an issue, you shouldn't even be doing business until you can provide a product, which is a joke, you clearly dont intend to send anything outl and screw your free year old-nobody wants that ugly bs "bonus" seeds, nobody wants that garbage, make it taz alk or gigs or something worthwhile. Looked for an online vendor of seeds
I actually was going to be ordering seeds from this company but wanted to check out the business first as there are so many scam sites out there nowadays. I am glad that I came to trust pilot.
As a business owner, I understand that things can go wrong with orders. Seeing the common complaints here in regards to long waits on shipments and lack of communication is bad enough.
However, the responses from your company and insulting the customer like you are, is enough for me and I am sure everyone else that may check out reviews, to never order from such an immature/unprofessional business owner. Customer service sells, insults and blame does not. So, heads up. It is not the negative reviews that is hurting your business, it is the responses from you. Grow up.

You say I'm the one costing you money with this review but I feel that it's really due to overall lack of customer service. You keep doing what you want not what I have asked. In my opinion you have only done one thing partially right through all of this.
Problems I see:
*Order placed and charged immediately - FTC 30-day rule is the gold standard, unfortunately it doesn't apply to seeds but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be followed
*I originally requested the order cancelled if you couldn't ship them by the end of Feb. You chose to move it to processing before the end of Feb and not ship until Mar 17. If you would have originally done as requested we could have saved a bunch of hassle and time
*The order received email says orders processed twice a week which isn't true. Most people don't mind waiting as long as you're straight when setting the expectation
*You edited my post on the website to make it appear it was my fault for not checking my spam folder than you taking responsibility. At that point it was the only response I received from multiple emails, texts and a call before posting on here. I don't like doing all this publicly
*Until delivered the package is the sellers responsibility. If it goes missing before delivery the shipper (seller) is the one who has to file the claim. I'm fairly certain using my confidential customer information to create a USPS account and open said case is illegal. You actually checking into it was the one partially right thing even though you used my information to do so
I have requested a refund through this whole thing since you didn't cancel the order as requested yet I still have to email you to ask about it again? Can't you just send me the information? I'm sure I'm still going to have to pay for return postage anyway. "This review has costed me Thousands, it's not about $$, it's about principle". I guess the principle is more important than working it out with the customer.

Ok...finally shipped more than a month after I ordered which still doesn't change the fact it's past the time I could have used them for this season. Why would I buy seeds to sit around for almost a year degrading before I can use them?
It's more than 2 months since I ordered and I still don't have the seeds. The USPS losing them does not fall on me to fix nor should I be charged for something I never received. Surely when you yourself order something if it never arrives you don't expect the seller to say "sorry we put it in the mail it's your problem now"?

I ordered 3-4 times previously but for some reason this last has been an awful experience. I ordered on Feb 11th and still no seeds. The order email received clearly says "BE AWARE THAT WE PRINT SHIPPING LABELS IN BATCHES, once or twice each Week, then Process them during that time. So do not worry if Tracking shows no Movement for the 1st couple days."
About 2 weeks later I start sending emails as I never received a shipped email. I try text for 2 days, try leaving a voice message still no response. I finally post to the web page asking if they can't ship it please cancel my order. Of course that gets a response but my comment is moderated to say only "Where is my order?" without anything that would make them look bad and says I should check my spam folder (I pointed out in the post I already had checked it). Yeah, don't work on my order at all and try and say it's my fault because it must be in my spam folder. Magically that same day I get a shipping number email on Feb 27 without any other acknowledgement there was any problem what-so-ever
I have the shipping number but even the USPS site still says it's in pre-shipment so as far as I know it STILL hasn't shipped. Or even if it actually did ship it sure hasn't made it here for at least 11 days, I know priority mail doesn't take that long
I'm not knocking their products, which in the past have grown well for me. However a small business runs on it's customers and it's promises, this time I feel like they failed both. I shouldn't be the one spending time trying to find out what is going on because nothing is happening with my order and I'm being left in the dark. No reasonable response to why hasn't my order shipped or anything
At this point I would like a refund and maybe I'll try next year's growing season and look around at other vendors. I really don't feel I should be paying for something I don't receive or can't use in time for this season when I clearly started the process early enough for them

Had an issue with shipping and after promptly hearing from back from Jordan the problem was addressed and seeds shiped. Seeds came few days later intact and very much viable from the look of them. Very happy with the whole process and product. Also recieved a free gift for my trouble and it was a strain I was thinking of purchasing in the future which was very nice. Seeds have been sown will update review when season is over.

Beware SCAM site on Vashon Island, Washington. Organicalbotanicals is a re-seller of commercial grade poppy seeds. The site claims 100% natural, raw, unwashed, non irradiated seeds. FALSE! It is the same as commercial grade that you can get from a grocery store chain but this site charges you 50.00 a pound when a local retail store charges 4.99 a pound. ( In the eyes of the law that is called a " Reverse Palm Off " fraud.) I asked him numerous times before a purchase, if his seeds were unwashed 100% percent raw non- irradiated poppy seeds? He assured me it was just harvested from his own farm by his own hand, that it takes a long time to remove seeds from the pods to fill an order of 2.2 pounds ( hence the reason his "alleged" product was so late arriving here!) This site is NOT a member of VIGA (Vashon Island Growers Association) nor is it a member of any Washington State Farmer's Co-Op as claimed on the site. This site claims to have a working farm that grows its product and works with other co-op farms. This is false! They purchase bulk seeds then repackages and resells it as their own farm grown product. This site does not warranty its product nor guaranty the quality of product sold. If you receive products that is bad and unusable they will not take it back or give a refund. When you request a refund, it is refused and the site accuses you of product tampering and buyer abuse. This site uses images from other farm's and growers as well as videos for tutorials to mislead you into believing it is legitimate working farm. His videos make claims that it is legal to raise opium producing seeds and plants and also in one video he claims you can purchase living opium producing poppy plants from your local nursery. FALSE! His videos are misleading. In the U.K. you can but not in the USA,! Just like Coca plants you can not purchase an opium producing plant.... he omits that part for a reason to mislead you into purchasing his products. A backyard garden is not a professional farmer's co-op or working farm for bulk sales of product. The site claims to fill hundreds of bulk orders a day of raw 100% Unwashed seeds. FALSE! His so called farm is not capable of producing bulk amounts of unwashed raw seeds as he claims! When you take his product and use a small sample to do a quality assurance test this site claims that is product tampering and non-refundable. That is what dishonest businesses do to cover up their deceptions and RIP YOU OFF monetarily! So buyer's beware!!!
Also, if he advertised that his site is selling bulk amounts of pre-washed irradiated commercial grade poppy seeds then no one would be interested in his product when they can get the same thing from Walmart for 4.99 a pound as to his 50 dollars a pound.

Ordered well over a month working to 2nd month no package still
Place an order on October 11 and have had the run around since, changing shipping labels, yours is the next item to go out, to they have now printed a shipping label on the on 11/8/18 and that’s it, run the tracking # just states shipping label is printed waiting to be picked up by usps. Which they say they are off the mainland buys it’s now the 16th usps priority mail is 1-3 days depending on location not a week in half. Called the post office they say it hasn’t been shipped when this is the status. Waiting for a refund. But it seems I’m not the only person getting the run around!!!!

I ordered around October 10th. The package hasn’t arrived (to be fair to them apparently they are changing print materials), to be fair to me, they never mentioned this except on Facebook which I didn’t friend. How about a mass email regarding this? They still might have gotten a decent review (and I’ve read the negative reviews on this site so here are my problems). I’ve sent around 6-7 emails. My first was answered to inform of the printing change. The other emails have been ignored and were regarding getting a delivery date or tracking number (I’ve heard the principals below say they receive too many emails to respond) which would suggest perhaps you don’t yet have infrastructure to maintain customers yet and you shouldn’t take every order you get your hands on (maybe make a hire so you can answer). I tried telephone but you have to sign in, and I don’t have access to account (which I explained in great detail) and just asked for the number. Then I attempted FB messenger, no answer. Finally I just decided if they are so busy to request refund. This is my second email attempt. I don’t believe it’s too much to ask of a company to answer at least 1 of 5-6 emails. If they can’t afford customer service you can’t afford business except with your friends and family. I own a similar business and we turn down 95% of customers because we are building infrastructure and systems. Still waiting for order, for delivery date, for refund. They offered 10% off on next order, but I just want my money back. I don’t want to give a negative review (I hate these because in many cases it’s a bad day or miscommunication), but how long can miscommunications last before you want an answer, any answer and this page seems to get proprietor response. I would have rather handled it via email or if you could have provided a number, so before you attack me, please help me first
