Ordered an XL Laundry bag, not fit for purpose.

Ordered an XL Laundry bag. Took 5 days to arrive and although looked nice colour was poor quality.

Firstly, the drawstring is just a small thin ribbon and if you pull it tight, it's a struggle to open the bag and then your scared you'll break the ribbon when trying to force it open. For XL bag you'd expect to be able to add a couple of pairs of mens jeans into it and maybe a t-shirt or two. That would in my opinion place too much weight on the tiny ribbon and break.

Secondly, to return it, even if it's not fit for purpose you have to pay your own shipment back, which is non-refundable.

Thirdly, Organista will also approve or reject the refund. If they approve it you get your refund minus the original shipment cost.

They don't say what will happen if they reject it? Will they return it? Keep it? Just not refund you? Questions to be answered here.

I'm disappointed. The bag was half price at £14 and they charged £9 to ship, so the total cost was £23. Really the bag was probably worth only £5. You'd never pay the original £28 if you saw it first or even £14.

So basically if i return it now and pay the non-refundable shipment cost to Sweden from the UK, which is probably £10, it's not worth getting the £14 back, because that would leave you with £4, no Laundry bag, and two shipment costs totalling £19.

So to all UK buyers, DON'T PURCHASE or you'll be disappointed and out of pocket by the postage.
