Worth the buy
Perfumes are great 👍 although bottles and atomisers need to improve (2 bottles leaks a little). I just have to remind myself they stay on the shelf and not in my bag; will repurchase more.

Try to order with my debit card from my bank and my order was canceled and I was told to use PayPal which is very unacceptable if you offer debit payments only sites that are not secured would want you to pay PayPal some customers don't have PayPal this is not fair at all I've been a customer for a very long time I am upset

Made a few purchases from orientica now. Customer service was great. The perfume oils are very unique scents that last well throughout the day. The bundles and sets are good deals as you get your moneys worth plus they are generous with throwing in free gifts at certain times. Will continue to purchase from here for the foreseeable future for myself and as gifts.

Lovely scents, problem packaging
These perfumes are long lasting and strong in scent. I would not recommend buying these without trying them in a store first as the scent (especially on the skin does not necessarily match the description). That being said, all the perfumes I ordered found a home with one of the ladies in my family. The perfumes came quickly, but there was not an option for standard delivery, with the cheapest being Royal mail 48 hour delivery. The perfumes arrived in reasonable condition, two of them had an issue with the sticker (detached or half inside the lid of the product) but customer service quickly responded to my email to clarify that this was not a security seal. Unfortunately there is some further flaw with the packaging, the perfumes seem to leak oil into the rubber casings, making it difficult to open the lids to get to the roller ball applicator due to lack of grip. Sometimes the rubber casing entirely slides off as the little glass bottle inside becomes too oily. That being said, the perfumes wear well and are long lasting, and I really enjoy the "Fancy" scent as well as the "Violet Oud" the later of which I bought in a store not online.

Only received a sample instead of a full bottle
I ordered a full bottle of a perfume and paid £80 for it but only received a 1ml sample. I sent multiple emails and also DMed on Instagram and still have not received a response. Appalling service.
