I received the wrong product

I received the wrong product, emailed the company and received a prompt response from Keren who rectified the situation by shipping the correct item on the same day.

The Christmas holidays can be a stressful time and I appreciate that you have a dedicated team who cares.

I have to give a 5/5 on this survey but I am giving a 10/10 in this report.

Fantastic work Keren

DFO Origani pop-up store

Mon 8 Dec, DFO in Perth, WA. Two guys working at Origani pop-up store. I was with my 15 yo daughter & one of them caught our eye & I did the usual 'no thanks'. He said 'oh, I have a sample for you & one for your sister as well'. My daughter & I looked at each other with the 'What the' puzzled look. I told her that's just sales tactics they use. Anyhoo, he lured me in, took my hand and started applying the manuka scrub. Told me all the amazing things blah, blah. I told him, I use other products, don't need these, only go shopping to get what I need & not buying today, etc etc. He offered so many deals. I still said no. I said I'll do a review of the company and make my decision & if I buy I'll buy online. He has an American accent. He was young & seemed well trained in the gift of the gab. There was an air of desperation & I have to say, I felt a bit sorry for them. Glad I didn't spend on the day. From some comments I'm reading there could be some kind of scam going on. This just reinforces to me to not engage & walk on by.

WARNING ! SCAMMERS AND LYERS!

WARNING: Avoid Origani Facial Clinic at SM City Parañaque.

They targeted my 85-year-old mother with aggressive, manipulative sales tactics and pressured her into buying overpriced procedures like Thermage treatments they admitted wouldn’t even benefit someone her age.

They maxed out her credit cards, helped her request a credit limit increase, and even guided her through a wire transfer from her savings. This is elder financial abuse.

An untrained staff member also gave her a lymphatic massager on her legs, causing bruising—and there was no doctor on-site and no visible license posted.

When confronted, the owners refused to refund and produced a fabricated bill to cover up what they did.

They took over PHP 1.3M from a senior citizen through pressure and deception.

If you care about your family, do NOT bring them here. This clinic has shown zero ethics, zero accountability, and zero concern for the safety of elderly clients.

Roberto in the Auckland New Zealand…

Roberto in the Auckland New Zealand branch is a predator. He prays on the vulnerable, there are complaints about him all over Google reviews and trust pilot yet they still employ him.

The company does not respond to emails, or phone calls when approached for refund.

It is sad an unscrupulous company with an unethical man like this is allowed to operate in my country.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Anyone who has a brain can see the same generic answers to issues and the "good" reviews to balance out the bad.

Unethical sales practices

Unethical sales practices. I see Elizabeth's review here using the word "predatory" which I think is a perfect description! Guys, maybe your products are great, but they are HIGH COST ITEMS. Don't try to pressure sell people to spend $hundreds they don't have when it's a challenge for so many people to pay their rent/repayments or even put food on the table right now!

Here's how my experience went down at Auckland's Sylvia Park store:

Origani guy out the front of the store: *approaches me and shoves a "free sample" into my hand* "Hey buddy this is a free sample for your wife!

Me (thinking to myself): "I'm single, I hope this stuff has a looooong shelf life lol"

Origani guy starts playing twenty questions: What's your name? Where are you from? Oh, wow I know that place well! You must work outside in construction; I can tell by the signs of sun on your skin"

Me (who works in an office): *nods*

Origani guy: "come in, take a seat we have the perfect thing for your skin"

Me: "No thanks"

Origani guy: "but this is free too"

Me: "No thanks"

Origani guy: "you have nothing to lose, it's free"

Me: "how long will this take?"

Origani guy: "no time at all; like 5 seconds"

Stupid, gullible me: "ok, what the heck let's see"

Stupid, gullible me 6-8 minutes later: "ok, this is going nowhere. the lady has been talking to me all this time but between her accent and the background noise I've only understood about five sentences. I don't know if the bits that appeared when I rubbed manuka stuff on the back of my hand were actually "old skin coming off" as she claimed or bits of citrus peel in the product but to me they look/feel like tiny bits of citrus peel. time to move on."

Somewhat irritated me: "How much is this"

Origani lady: "this one is $300 and this one is $180"

Me: "Wow, that's a lot. I'm sorry I don't have $300"

Origani lady: "But it's perfect for your skin. What one do you prefer?"

Me: "Probably they are both amazing but I don't have the money"

Origani lady: "But you tried it, you saw what it did to your skin so you know it works"

Me: "I saw something, I don't know if that was skin or orange peel and besides, I'm sorry but I don't have the money to make a purchase of this value I was expecting like $80"

Origani lady: "you tried two, if you did buy one today which one would you prefer?"

Me: "I don't have the money. I can't pay for it"

Origani lady: "but sir....?"

Me: *leaves*

Origani guy: "Oh no, you're leaving without anything to protect your skin?"

Me: "yeah" *leaves*

Con Sales with promised products not given

I was trapped by Sasha at BHG Bugis in Singapore. That was 26th July 24. I was down and I agree I had dry skin as I had lost my mum and was going through alot in life. I agreed to purchase the product with their facial machine for Sgd 5000. They confirmed that I will be getting more
products after 6 months under the same order. (Both S & Tabora were very pushy and aggressively managed to pulled me into it).
I had to go away for sometime. Before that they manage to manipulate me to buy their 24carat facial product which I was not keen for which I was forced to put a downpayment of approximately 1k. While away I had contacted them for a refill but was again asked to buy their full product. My down-payment of 1k was still valid as they expected me to top up another 4k. When I was back I visted them and again was pushed to top up 1k again through an online app. I messaged them after I left their store that i do not want to proceed. Instead of cancelling the order (do note i have not taken any product for both the 1k & also the promised after 6 months product for my fisrt purchase). Now that I refuse to buy their product, they claim that my first 1k has been forfeited. How Origani has shown their true colours??? If I continue their product my first 1k is valid. After numerous message and 1 visit they are still unwilling to cancel my online app payment 🙃 What's the use running a hifi store with such attitude. Haizz...
After contacting the admin department of the BHG store (noe not Origani but BHG Store) the staff there managed to get my 1k refunded to my online app. Today 9th Nov, I have collected my free product for my 5k membership. S was there but she avoided me and just passed me the product. When I confirmed with S about my 1k she said she was working and could not entertain me. Here it clearly shows how they react to customers who do not want to continue with their product. Anyways I have already requested Origani manager of their BHG store to discuss for my forfeited amount. Point to note, I have not got any written official letter from Origani for my forfeited amout. If this cannot be settled through their manager, I will be bringing up this matter to CASE.

To summarise the above, I had spoken to their store manager and very smoothly their manager solved my problem. I went to their store and collected my products for the same amount the conned salespersons who said was forfeited. Point to note: they the salespersons did not key in my contact details properly. This might be their way to avoid their office into contacting me directly. Weird but these are the ways they get to swindle our cash and also con customers into buying more.

Sales tactics are extremely predatory

Sales tactics are extremely predatory, avoid going near this place at all costs!! At Erina Fair they manipulate you in by forcing samples in your hands and constantly try to upsell. Overpriced and very aggressive and intimidating, even after I spent $100, they were trying to force me to spend $150 more!! I’ll be complaining to centre management too, just wanted to warn others. Don’t even make eye contact.
