Ordered a part for my sons first car, I am yet to receive any shipping information . website stated 4-7 day for delivery, this has now passed. I have emailed around ten times, all I received back was "once your package ships we will send an email" POOR SERVICE! MISSED MY SON BIRTHDAY! FALSE ADVERSTISING . Very disappointed. looks like PayPal will have to get invoiced .
To your reply , that is totally false , you had not even shipped the item as you told me in the one email I received.
It was not lost! You are just not honest with the shipping dates.

Made an order on Oct 19th. Still no track & trace. Called but didn't called back. Spoke to a wonen who Saif was the receptionist. No confedence I will receive something.

I ordered a part almost a week ago and I am yet to receive a tracking number or a response to my email querying where it is.
As it stands I have no confidence that I will get my part so I will have to cancel my order and hope I can get my money back. Very poor.

You did send me an email after I posted this but I don't understand why it took so long to either confirm the postage or reply to my email. It doesn't give anyone confidence that you are legitimate. I trust that the product is on its way but you could easily avoid this issue by communicating in a timely manner. Based on the other negative feedback, this is a recurring issue for you. Please take this feedback as a way to improve your service.

Ordered a dog guard for my car which was advertised as my model and received one for an earlier model that won’t fit, emailed them twice, no response, if i don’t get any reply from them soon i will be contacting my credit card company to sort it.
If original carparts are reading this please sort out asap

I bought some products on July 28th, and despite having written to them on multiple occasions asking for shipping information, I have not received a response. I must now accept the fact that I have lost my money.

Today I bought a product didn’t get a confirmation number or order number by email try to contact them several times at last get some information from them through WhatsApp they didn’t receive anything of me. I showed them the information that I paid by bank and they do nothing. this is a scam company, and I will contact people to stop their account of Marco reak PayPal

Ordered some spare parts and was told 4 days later that the delivery time is unknown.
I was offered to wait or cancel the order.

I then chose to cancel it, but in the meantime the money has been whitdrawn from my account, which is under all criticism, as the item has not been dispatched.

Now the company does not respond to emails or phone calls.

Very very unserious and scandalous!!

I hope this review can get them talking so I can get my money back... but still i can't recommend this company.

Bad seller, wasted my time. I bought a product from the store and after 7 days I emailed to ask when it will be shipped. They replied after 6 days and told me that the product would arrive in the Netherlands the next day and they would send it to me. After an extra 5 days passed (out of a total of 18) I opened a case with PayPal and they finally refunded me saying that the product is not available.

Only giving 1 star as I cannot give 0. Ordered the part in August. Heard nothing for some weeks so I contacted them to be told that the part was not available an there was no information as to when it would be available. I was given the option to cancel the order. I requested this and a refund but have heard nothing. Three emails ignored asking for the refund I fear I have been been taken for £313 by this scam.

Ordered parts, multiple emails later no contact no receipt for purchase.
Got that sinking feeling.
Contacted Capital One waiting and hoping for a refund. Why ?

I ordered an armrest for my Smart Fortwo. The price was excellent, and the shipping reasonable, considering they are in the Netherlands and I am in western Canada. They were accurate in the order, transparent about holiday delays, and friendly when contacted. The item is of superb quality, made from the best materials. It looks and feels like an OEM designed piece worthy of Mercedes-Benz. Highly recommended.

10 days ago I ordered (and paid, of course) the item, soon received their email with confirmation and order number and the invoice for the order. and that's all. on the site it is written that the average delivery time is 3-5 days. the item was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband. three days ago I sent them an e-mail to the specified e-mail address for customer support, with a request for an approximate delivery date. until today there is no reaction. I trusted them with my money for the first, last and only time! disappointing!

2 weeks has passed and no email regarding shipping or anything. emailed customer support to ask what is hapening with order and no answer. to bad they had to good prices to be true.
