Still waiting to hear back from Stephanie after her response to my contacting the company. She said they were very busy and to expect a delay is responding to my actual complaint. Very busy dealing with dissatisfied customers, no doubt. I'd hate to have HER job. The custom canvases were so wrinkled as to be unusable. So, out $60. Should have read the other reviews....

I ordered 4 painting over 50 dollars and never received them. They never refunded me and because I tried to work with them it was to late to dispute.

If i could give zero stars i would. This company is 100% a SCAM. The phone number on their website is fake. they do not answer their emails. There must be some way to report this company for fraud. I placed my order 3 weeks ago, received a confirmation with no order number and no way to track it. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.

I ordered a pint by number canvas from this Company in April, it was a kit from a photo when I sent myself. I got fed up waiting for it, looked on TP and thought I'd been scammed, but 3 months to the day later my kit arrived and I was very pleased with. Yet to start the painting, so just be patient maybe. Mind you I had to get PayPal on the case on my behalf. So am not sure if that gave them the shove they needed to get on with it. But I got it!!

Worst company ever, absolute scam. Paid for two paintings in April, no paintings have arrived. No phone number to contact, just generic email. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPMAY

I ordered at the end of April and never received my order from them. Delayed delivery was understandable when Covid hit but they never sent me tracking information and have been ignoring my emails ever since. They charged me $60 AUD for 2 paintings I still haven’t received. One hell of a SCAM.

Ordered during lockdown in Belgium a while ago. Site suddenly disappeared and could not reach them through email, this is a scam! Site is now up again but please dont order here!

They blocked my emails now. I reported them to consumer dept Canada.
Requesting refund via paypal. Nil communication from them.

Do not order from this company. I have been waiting since April for my order to arrive.

Total scam! I ordered in March and still have not received my package. I have sent three support requests all of which have only received an auto-reply. The tracking number is invalid and the worst part is that this was a gift. Terrible experience and I wish I had checked before I ordered.

Complete scam - ordered in March 2020, it is now June and there is no sign of my orders. I have lodged numerous requests for an update and more recently I have requested a refund but I have heard absolutely nothing. Do not order from this company.

I ordered from this company in April, and have repeatedly tried to contact them regarding my purchase. I understand it is currently difficult for businesses, but I have not once, in two months had a response from the company. I was sent a tracking number, but in the entire month since I was sent this, my order has not arrived, and the tracking number does not even register as being a real number.

I lodged a claim through paypal and they did not even respond to that. I have now escalated my claim and hope for a refund.

Either this is a scam business, or the business is simply incompetent. Either way, do not buy from this company. You will waste your time and money, and just end up with a lot of frustration.

I placed my order in April and have not received my items. After sending several emails and not getting a response, I've lodged a dispute with PayPal. I'm also going to contact the Department of Consumer Protection to report them.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited several weeks before contacting PayPal but I've received items from other Chinese companies in a short time.

I believe this company is fraudulent and I'm very disappointed that I gave them my money.

I thought this was a scam based on the other reviews. I ordered one to Australia and the other to the UK. I ordered on 23 April 2020. I just received my canvas today to my London address. I need to follow up on the one to Australia.

Even though it is really late, I am just happy that I received it.

Ways to improve service = tracking numbers and order updates.

When I checked on my orders it redirected to the homepage and when I emailed, I didn't get a response.

This company is the biggest CON i have ever com across. I spent £50 with the company for 4 paint by numbers. I ordered them on the 22nd March so that I had something to do during Lockdown. Two days later i got an email saying that a shipment had been made. They gave me a tracking number which was not even Valid and couldn't be found with any courier even the one they gave me.

I emailed them a couple of times and they replied and blamed it on Covid, i then tried twice more and got no response as to where my order was at all. I asked them for a Refund and still had no response.

I have now put in a claim with Pay Pal as i luckily paid through them.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time or MONEY with this company!!!

I ordered a paint by numbers on April 24th and I have yet to receive my order or even an email saying that it has been shipped. In this time frame I have emailed them 6 times and received 0 responses. I contacted my bank and started a charge back as this company is definitely fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I know we're dealing with this virus and I understand that, but,. I ordered three prints in April and have not received any of them. I can't login to my account now and try to find what's going on and get absolutely nothing. They have my money and this is getting very frustrating and my stress level is not being helped. Give me my prints or give me my money back!!!

I too have been tricked into buying from them over 10 weeks ago with no product or refund.

There are many other companies they have created which are also fake. Search there registered number and address and it will all come up!
