They are dishonest

They are dishonest, they don't even have our authorization to debit something and when you least expect it, there is a debit of 29.99 in your account, making money like this is easy, without effort they extract 29.99 from hundreds or thousands of people at the same time , my bank has been investigating this crap for more than 2 weeks and now that I managed to discover this company through true pilot, I am now hoping with the email sent that they will reimburse me

Piggy backing of EV payment apps

Pity you can't give negative stars!
Last month, in the dark, I tried to connect to an EV charging point using an app from google play. I was unsuccessful and became aware a streaming service window had appeared on my phone. A week later £29.99 went out of my bank account to sg*originalplus. The bank will not repay me.
Subscribing people by placing an advert on top of an intended subscription should not be possible.
I have had no communication from the firm. The bank's fraud squad flagged up sg*innovasupport.com today, another £29.99, after my complaint about the first payment. They have now cancelled my card to protect me from future attempts. I've only just discovered through Trustpilot how to get hold of original plus! I have asked for my money back.
16/12 Update to tell me that I had successfully unsubscribed. I sent a reply email asking for the refund again! As suspected my time and the inconvenience of being cardless are worth more that the sum being chased.

Hopefully - Imprisonment

They took £14.99 through Sg*innovasupport.com, but fortunately I spotted their theft before it had completed. Although my credit card has been cancelled and will be replaced, I just hope that the recriminations will be imprisonment for attempted theft, just like the other reviews on this site.

Be very viglant of you bank accounts, credit cards and debit cards. Watch for SG ORIGINALPLUS. I didn't even know who they were

I didn't even know who they were, then all of a sudden, i was charged $21.91can. Or 14.99 eur. I finally reached them and they agreed to cancel my never asked for "subscription". I told them that i had never asked for their services and wanted a refund which to this day has never come. I don't understand how they can operate like that!!!

This company has taken £29.99 from my account twice in the last couple of months. Interesting that the Visa card used is not even my card number. Will be contacting my bank. I want to be refunded all my money. Have cancelled my subscription with these people also

Subscription by deception

Update 6 Dec, £29.99 received back into my account, changed rating to 4 stars as they were true to their word. Still believe method of subscription poor! Update 4 Dec, I stand corrected, email from company confirming subscription cancelled and refund to be received 7-10 days. I will update rating If refund received but would ask the company to review their method of subscription to prevent errors. 3 Dec - Same as majority on this thread, thought I was downloading a parking app and somehow gave this company my bank details. I’ve cancelled the subscription through their web chat bot and emailed customer support explaining I’ve never used nor intend to use their services. I doubt I will receive a refund but what a way for a company to operate. No integrity at all. They should be ashamed.

This is a scam

This is a scam! I downloaded a parking app a month ago, because that was the only way to park. The app didn't even work, so I parked somewhere else. Today have been charged 29.99 for their streaming subscription (that I didn't sign up for, they can even check that I didn't watch anything!). Never even knew what it was, they are clever and sending the original email to spam/junk, so you wouldn't know! Don't know how they got all of my details, must be when I was trying to pay for the parking. (So they used my details illegally, because I was filling them in for parking purposes, nothing else). The details of my card on their email is wrong as well, so again I'm shocked that they've managed to charge me!
I have reported it as fraud to my bank, but waiting to get the money back. If they won't refund me, I will go to the police, as it is as bad as watching over someone's shoulder when they pay and take their details. I'm absolutely fuming!!!

Beware of OriginalPlus or Innova Support

First I knew was when I received an email from Innova Support / Originalplus.co saying they were going to take £29.99 from my bank account for a continued subscription. I did not recognise the name. On telephoning Coop Bank they said I had had £29.99 taken in October - which I had failed to notice. I had another £29.99 pending to be taken from my account. Apparently in October I had paid 50p for something, possibly parking, and had 'agreed' to the subscription. The Coop are hopefully going to stop the pending transaction and refund the October payment. But apparently it is not quite as easy as that - as the company may not agree (unbelievable - as they are fraudsters) and could try to take the money under a different guise. Coop are now on the alert! So basically this company are 'stealing' money for no services. Reading through everyones experiences it would seem it is a mobile phone, possibly parking payment scam and I will be much more careful in the future. This is the trouble where we are being forced to use Apps etc to pay small amounts to companies who cannot be bothered to provide options to park etc. (since this they have taken another £29.99 by a different name from my bank - now taken funds as Innova and Coop have just told me that I may not get it refunded!).

read to end if your bank was no help

Same as others here. Went to park and card meter was changed over to pay by phone app.
Not used to the app so got caught out with the £29.99 a month charge.
Today I had email that was not sent to spam about a so call subscription I had signed up for.
Googled the company then checked pending payments on bank account.
Yep they were taking £29.99 and going through statement they had taken out 2 other payments for oct and nov.
Well I felt sick and phoned fraud dep at Lloyds bank.
All money taken has been refunded and this scam company blocked. Had to cancel my card.
Have to also say that the person who sorted this out for me at Lloyds bank fraud dep was one of the nicest people I have ever spoken too.
This company is on the banks radar.

Have added this part after reading so many other reviews where the victims bank refused to help so please do this.
If your bank will not help then make a FORMAL complaint and say that if it is not resolved then you will forward the complaint to the banking ombudsman.
Reason for this is all unresolved complaints that go on to the ombudsman then the bank will pay a fee whether the ombudsman finds in the banks favor or not. Last time I heard the fee was £600 so there is no way any bank would see it as good business for a complaint to go to the ombudsman for such low amounts. Plus too many complaints going to the ombudsman would be a black mark against the bank.

So to sum up, If your bank will not help then put in a formal complaint to the bank and chances are they will phone you within 2 weeks with an offer to settle the complaint with an offer of around £300.

I should also like to point out again that my bank were great in dealing with this scam and had this sorted in minutes and the person dealing with this was one of the nicest people I have dealt with so many thanks to Lloyds fraud team.
Banks do get it right some times.

Scammers

My wife paid for parking on the 25th Sep 23 and 7 days later this company charged us £29.99 and again on the 2nd Nov another £29.99.
There is no way we would have knowingly signed up for this type of streaming service.
Useless bank don't consider this to be fraud

Same story as all the others I’ve read

Same story as all the others I’ve read. When I spoke on the phone directly to an employee she seemed oblivious to the situation and blaze as to my complaint. I hope that the banks are on to them and put the wind up them. Avoid this devious and dishonest company.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I was contacted by my bank and they stopped the £29.99 payment as fraudulent - it was stopped even before it had hit my account (I never knew about it until the bank contacted me) so I'm guessing it must be on the bank's radar. Interestingly, I got a 'Sorry to see you go' email after even though I never signed up for anything. Your bank / credit card provider should stop this before it hits your account so, if you've paid (as some posts here suggest) chase this up with their fraud department.

This Company use clever ads placed on top of other Companies

Like everyone else who has posted here, £29.99 was taken from my credit card without my knowledge.
The reason is that they place clever ads on top of other websites on your phone exactly where you would expect to pay whatever Company you wanted to pay. If you look carefully you will see it says "ad" with a tiny "x" at the top right hand corner. You need to click on the cross to get rid of their ad and payment request to see the Company you wanted to pay underneath. It is not exactly a scam - just a very clever way of getting your money legally. The notification of your subscription then goes in your junk mail, so you don't see it. When their 7 day free cancellation period is up, they then charge you. If you email them and point this all out, they will cancel your subscription and in my case also refund the first one which came after the 7 days. I gave them 4 stars because I did get my money back in the end. However, they seem to be using modern technology on phones to get £29.99 from lots of people who aren't very techy - like me, and probably like you if you have read this far! Be warned! Look very carefully at your phone clicking to pay anything!
