Outstanding service from Orion
Orion have been outstanding from start to finish. Chris came and quoted me for both a new composite front door and UVPC back door. He was very knowledgeable and provided samples of what I would recieve. He was very professional and arrived on time. He also was able to show me the design I picked what it would look like on the door before it went ahead.
Then through to the process of ordering the doors and organising finance. The process was very simple and easy. Once the finance was approved the doors were ordered. Orion customer services emailed myself with a provisional date of instillation with options to change if I needed to. They then kept me up to date throughout the waiting process to say if any changes or if was still on schedule for the planned date.
I wasnt there on the day if the instillation due to work commitments however I had family member there to over see who told me they were very efficient. Arrived just withing the time frame. Was very tidy. Made very little damage to any walls in the instillation process. They took away the old doors and the new doors look fantastic. Was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.
The customer service after instillation has been amazing. Ensuring the correct documents were sent and the warranty has been validated and asking if I've have any concerns with delivery and instillation and if there was any issues after.
5 star service. Great value for money. Different Finance options available to suit everyone's needs. Would definately recommend.

Orion's customer service agreed to supply an out of warranty part free of charge as a good will gesture. They kept me fully informed as to availability and when the part became available it was hand delivered and fitted by a technician without any quibble or fuss. I am very impressed by the effort given; all done in a consistently customer friendly manner.

Five Star Service
I wanted to write about our Five Star service from Orion windows!
Our extension was completed in October last year and I feel it is important to pass on our heartfelt thanks to this company.
From the start of the project when we were deciding the outline of the build, to the end result, we had a sound customer experience.
It was expertly managed by Tiff, she kept us up to date at every part of the job, clearly knowing the stages and telling us what to expect. Dates for the work were on time and exactly as directed. A particular thanks to Richard, our Orion builder, who worked tirelessly during some pretty awful weather.
One piece of advice to the surveyors working alongside, listen to what he says, he more than knows his business.
It was finished on time and any little snags that you would anticipate, were dealt with promptly and professionally.
We realised we did not need an excavation on our plot and that was our only constructive feedback..it was a waste of money and time. Richard put this right, we had so much confidence in him as a builder and alongside Tiffs project management skills.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be using them in future for replacing windows.

I had a wonderful experience with Orion Windows from start to finish.
From the initial contact, the sales representative was incredibly supportive and professional. They guided me through the entire process, suggested thoughtful improvements, and made everything feel straightforward and flexible. Appointments were arranged at times that suited me, and they always arrived punctually as promised.
Once the project moved into the build phase, the project management was excellent. I had a dedicated project manager who kept me regularly updated, communicated clearly about timelines, and proactively problem-solved whenever small issues arose (as they inevitably do in any building project). The work was completed on time, and whenever there were minor adjustments to the schedule, I was informed promptly. The communication throughout was first class.
All of the tradespeople involved — including the builders, electricians, plasterers and window fitters — were professional, courteous and clearly very skilled. The quality of workmanship was outstanding.
Overall, this was a top-quality experience from Orion Windows, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service I received from Orion. The customer service team were very responsive to getting this resolved.
We had to have a couple of repairs done to our doors.
The service engineer called me on the morning to let me know what time he would be here.
