Quick Delivery, communication needs a little improvement
Ordered a Honeywell ES800 Compact Portable Air Cooler on the Friday, it was delivered a few days later (before Thursday) and is working great.
Orionairsales's back end systems could do with an update though. Even though the Cooler is up and working it's still down as "processing" on their webpage & the delivery was unexpected (fortunately our neighbours are honest folks and handled it).
To be fair, we may have got notified by a courier company but as we had several orders coming in its not clear which order was from which company.
Appreciate the prompt service Orionairsales, will use you again. Understand that it's probably a busy time for you and with COVID-19 a bit challenging. Cheers.
Two months later plus numerous emails and still NO REPLY!
I ordered two waist trainers and after a little over month, I contacted them and never got a reply back. It's been more than two months, including several emails and no reply. It sucks that there is no contact # to call them. I paid $60 for two waist trainer. I feel SO PLAYED. Tomorrow I'm calling my bank to dispute the charges. If you're reading this, PLEASE do not buy ANYTHING from this company.
Purchased a Fujitsu 4 Kw Split Air…
Purchased a Fujitsu 4 Kw Split Air Conditioning unit after discussing with the Engineer Nick, my requirements and via a whatsapp video call, via the Orion Air website.
The Sales process was polite and straight forward. The unit arrived in a few days and the engineer, Nick, was most helpful and booked me in for the installation. He called me to say he had a cancellation and asked if I wanted the slot, which I agreed to. He advised me of his ETA and was here on the dot. he was clean, had all the tools, safety equipment, and PPE. The area was covered in clean dust sheets. We discussed the installation process and agreed on the location of each of the units. He installed the units in a very clean, professional and workman like manner, even hoovering the walls & floor inside and the patio slabs outside. He then explained the use of the equipment and filled in the paperwork for the installation and warranty. Nick, the engineer, asked how I was getting on with the units in the evening. I reported to him that the unit was performing excellently, I had to turn it off at one point, because it was just getting too cold but after adjusting the temperature up a bit and reducing the fan speed all was well.
I think it was probably just a matter of getting used to how it works against how I think it should work.
It certainly a lot better than the portable air conditioner it was replacing.
Thanks again for recommending it and your excellent workmanship.I just wanted to thank you for a job very well done. You were polite, clean and courteous and we're very happy with the installation thank you very much indeed.
Could improve in communication but delivered what they promised!
We ordered AC equipment for a company. The communication was bit lacking, but we got our order in two weeks from the order date.
This company claims to provide 'quality service' - I DON'T THINK SO
This company claims to provide [quote] "quality service backup" for its clients … and having a "team of global distribution experts in house”. Well this is certainly not my experience.
It was pretty quick off the mark to make a sale but if you expect a supportive response, or timely follow-up to resolve any problems that might arise, then you might want to consider a different supplier. Several email correspondences and requests for contact were largely ignored, whilst incomming telephone contact was blocked by a 'messaging service' that was full and unable to accept further calls. I certainly would not recommend this company.
Most likely won't deliver the goods, don't bother ordering from them
Don't give these people any money and expect them to respect the contract they made with you.
My husband recently tried to buy an AC unit from them as we recently had a child and got worried about him having to deal with the heat. He found a unit that seemed to be right for our needs, confirmed with them that it was in stock and we could have it by the end of the week. He paid for it and got an email confirming that the payment got through and we'd get it then.
However, he then got a second email the day after saying that there now was a wait of 7 to10 days. This was no good for us as the worst of the heat wave was sooner than that, so he contacted them to complain and they offered another 2 (more expensive) units. They also told him he had until 2PM to get next day delivery on them and so he asked me which I'd prefer and tried to orderone before then, by which time they changed the cut off point to 1:30 and said we had to wait until the end of the week, right when the temperature would be at its worst. This wasn't ideal, but we couldn't find anything earlier, so my husband asked what payment method would be best to pay the difference and get the more expensive model. He was told to use Payal and got sent an invoice which he paid immediately.
Come Friday afternoon, when we expected the unit to be delivered, he gets a refund on the initial payment and on the one for the difference between the two units. At this point we're both realy upset, as we expected to give our newborn some respite and had been led on until the very last moment.
He calls them, obviously upset, and is told that his secont payment went through only 2 days after he sent it and that by then the unit was sold out. The woman he spoke o was veryrude and defensive.
At this point we're told that they have no unitmthey can sell us and they waited on the delivery day, in the sfternoon, to cancel the payment so it's even harder to find something, now 2 weks into a heatwave rather than one, when we initially ordered an AC unit.
Needless to say, Paypal cinfirmed that the payment whent through right away and that if there was any dely it was on the vendor's side of things.
I can't begin to tell you how upsetting it all was for both of us, how much time my husband wasted talking to people who told him more than once that different units were available and for him to be at home from work to receive the unit only to be told at the last minute that we wouldn't receive it. You try andnbreastfeed in this heat, anticipate some relief fro the oppressive heat and be misled yet another time.
Save yourself money and hassle and order from someone who will actually honour their part of the bargain. I am disgusted by their behaviour.
NEVER EVER USE THESE COWBOYS!!!
In this hot weather, if tempted to buy any sort of air cooling equipment, make sure to avoid this company like the plague. Had a unit they supplied, failed after 2 uses and instead of complying with their obligations under the sale of goods act (supplying a product that is not fit for purpose) they bounced the responsibility on to the manufacturer to repair at my cost. Woman who answered the phone REFUSED point blank to give me her name, was monumentally rude and hung up on me when I pointed out that the terms & conditions on their website DO NOT overwrite their statutory legal obligations.
