Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition. I have only tried the spanakopita and manouri cheese so far but it’s 5/5. Oh and the olive oil. Highly recommended.

Disappointed with delivery….
When it arrived, I was happy with my order. I haven’t tasted any of the food yet but it all looks good.
The only disappointment I had was I was given a 2 hour evening delivery time slot (great!!) but 10 minutes after the close of that slot the products hadn’t arrived and I had to go out to an evening appointment. The goods were on my doorstep when I arrived home, some 4 hours later, so I’m not sure how long they had been sitting there! Not ideal considering some of the items were delivered frozen! There was also no way of contacting the delivery company as no number was provided nor was there any notification of which company would be delivering the items.
I also found the link sent in the email and text message (which confirmed my delivery slot) did not work, other than to show my invoice. The communications stated that by clicking on the link I could confirm or rearrange my delivery…but there was no option to do this.
Based purely on the delivery experience, I am very unlikely to place any future orders

The walnut cookies(melomakarona) were absolutely delicious! But the brioche (tsoureki terkenlis) was a big disappointment clearly stayed for long time on the shelf as a Greek and Thessalonikian I know very well how afresh Terkenlis brioche is,I was not expecting that but not either the one that I got which is s impossible to cut a slice from the stiffness, completely disappointed ☹️ and extremely expensive for stale product.

“Greek” Lamb chops
Dear Ormos Foods,
I am unsure as to whether this is the appropriate channel to provide feedback
about an order, however i will take a chance that this message may reach those
who are able to act upon it.
A check of my order no. should show that this relates to 1kg of lamb chops
purportedly marinaded in Greek spices.
I must tell you that I have eaten lamb all over Greece, Turkey, and the UK
and i can honestly say these were the worst excuse for lamb chops it has
ever been my misfortune to encounter
First of all, the packaging;
It looked very much as though a joint of mutton (because that’s what it tasted like)
had been thrown under a train, put in a bag, and frozen.
Leaving aside the difficulty that the packaging presented in terms of retrieving
the chops from the massive fatty cluster of organic matter, I have never seen so much fat in this cut of meat, or such a strange interpretation of what a “chop” shape should be. None of this reflected the image of the product on your website, and had the image been true to life, you can be assured that i would never have proceeded with my order.
Finally i must again comment on the taste; having cooked what could be reasonably teased out of this train crash of an offering, I was horrified by the lack of taste, and the clear indication that this was not “lamb” at all, but some stringy, fatty old mutton you had lying around. It certainly was not the lamb of which the Greeks are justly proud.
In short, an enormous disappointment and one that has completely set me against further orders.
