Great app
Great app. Unique and very convenient functionality especially in relation to AI recognition of lab reports. Super nice feature is possibility to convert history of tests to pdf. If you ask me how it can be even better I would add functionality of storage and analysis of x-rays, mri, usg, ecg etc, just to have all in one place.

I like this food tracker it's easy to monitor the amount of fats, proteins, and other macronutrients. The app is paid, though I wish it were free like many similar apps. I also want to note that the interface has become much more modern and user-friendly compared to previous versions. The app is actively supported by the developers, which is important to me.

A faulty system
I haven’t had any issues with the app or service but realised I didn’t use it fully and decided the £42 I was spending wasn’t worth it. I paused my subscription and made sure the auto renewal was off more than a week before my renewal date so there would be no issues. However due to a system fault they charged me anyway. When I informed them of their mistake, they said they couldn’t return my money but cancelled the subscription. They tried to put the blame on me saying that’s the auto renewal was still on and ‘when there multiple tabs open these things can be missed’ - not only am I down £42 for a service Im not using but they’re also calling me dumb. Terrible service.
UPDATE: after speaking with Victor who was polite and took the time to understand the issue, they have issued a refund. He assured me that they will be improving their customer service.

Great customer attention
To be honest, I was looking into information about the company, and it accidentally charged me for a subscription that I did not authorize. As soon as I brought it up to to the company's attention, the properly refunded me my money. Once I am done, researching this company, I just may sign up since they were so prompt and willing to help.

Great product for tracking all your biomarkers in 1 spot. Easy to upload PDF files or scanned images of blood test results and have them parsed into the correct biomarkers. Great place to see trending over time when blood tests come from different Drs or online places like Function Health.

Never worked
Total useless method. No fat loss (-2 kg out of 135 for half a year is totally nothing), only weakness and sleepiness.
I expect nothing from ornament, rather than pathetic blaming me for "the recommendations may not have been fully followed" when yet another useless nutrition optimization method failed.

Too Many Errors
My friend recommended this app to me so I didn't have to type out my lab results. She had a great experience on iOS, but my Android experience was poor.
1) Dates were wrong. Labs drawn on March 31, 2025 were showing up as being drawn on May 23, 2025. Labs drawn on December 5th, 2025 were showing up as bring drawn May 12th, 2025. Those were just the ones I noticed.
2) Does not put serial blood draws in chronological order.
3) Lab results were invented out of thin air. Labs I never had drawn were somehow producing a result.
The only solution to the above was to check each lab test against the medical record or delete the record and re-upload via PDF or image.
On the plus side,
1) It imports from MyChart, LabCorp, and Quest. You can also upload images and PDF's from your phone.
I did not get a chance to use most of the features as it became obvious there were issues once the import was completed.
I think it's a great idea, but the AI did not do a good job on my results.
YMMV.
