Great customer service. They called me to check my order was correct and that I had chosen the correct colour/size before processing. Then once processed the rug was sent out and delivered within a few days. Packaged well and is great quality. Cant wait to finish decorating the room to place it back down permanently instead of just to have a look and feel at it!

Satisfied with my rug
Satisfied with my rug. Its soft to touch, lovely to sit on and looks exactly as the picture. Impressed with the delivery as it arrived on time. Only issue I had is that the edges could be better finished off. There was a long string that had come loose. I've cut it so its no big deal and the long pile of the rug hides the edges well.

Ornatus Boho rug
The rug I ordered arrived in good time. The customer service was very good and the rug was of a lovely quality. It was much deeper and fluffier than I expected and very good value for money. My border collie can also vouch for this as its now her favourite sleeping spot 😂.

Gorgeous lamps
I bought a lamp and loved it so much I bought another. There was an issue with pallets being lost in warehouses which wasn’t the fault of Ornatus and they were very apologetic and explained the problem. As soon as they received the lamp, it was dispatched at top speed and I’m now the happy owner of two lovely lamps!
